    On 10/30/22, I ordered dog food - ***** ***** Veterinary Diet Selected Protein Potato and Duck Adult Wet Dog - from the merchant, Makie Black Shop. Cost was $106.50 + $6.00 shipping, totaling $112.50. I received email confirmation of the order along with order # ***********. Standard shipping per the email was 6-8 days. On 10/9/2022, I had not received my package and therefore I went on merchant's website to locate a phone number to contact them. The number listed was ************** and upon calling, I received a message indicating the number was no longer in service. I then emailed merchant at *******@makieblackshop.com explaining that I have not received my package. As of date, I have not heard back from the merchant. I disputed the charge with my bank on 10/8/22 who initially denied the claim because the merchant stated he sent the package. No tracking number or name of carrier was obtained by my financial institution. I submitted a rebuttal after the initial denial, which is still pending. Today (12/1), I contacted my financial institution who stated they have sent a demand letter to the merchant requesting for them to return the funds. However, no response has been provided as of yet. I was also informed that this transaction is marked as a "recurring" transaction which means the merchant can withdraw funds from my account. I informed my bank that this was a 1 time purchase as I have searched all over the world looking for prescription dog food; not a recurring subscription for anything. My bank told me that I would need to speak with the merchant to "cancel" the recurring transaction. I have tried to contact the merchant on several occasions to which I receive no response. I would not be doing through this much trouble if I received my package. I have documentation and witness testimony from my veterinary office regarding my efforts in locating dog food. I am requesting immediate assistance with contacting this deceiptful merchant to recoup my funds.

    I ordered a shirt October 24th. It is now November 19th. I went on website to track and try to contact the company concerning this shirt that states a 6-8 day delivery in the confirmation email and I receive no response! I have tried contacting them about this and received no response. I guess I’m out $32 and an extremely wanted shirt!
