I went to The Joint, **********************, on 12.1.2024 and filled out paperwork to cancel my account. I was told it would be cancelled and monthly charges of $89.00 would stop. I was immediately charged $89.00 within 15 minutes of filling out cancellation paperwork and leaving. I accepted that as the final charge and did not argue about it. I was then charged 1.1.2025 I called and was told they did not know why I was charged and that the **/manager would contact me. One week later and I hear from no one. I called back and was given the managers email. I email my situation and asked that my account be closed. One week goes by and I still have not been contacted. I send a 2nd email. One week later and still nothing. I called back in and was assured my account was closed ******* and that they would request the manager to contact me and possibly refund back the charge on 1.1.2025. I was adamant that I would not be charged anymore and was reassured that my account was closed. Today 2.9.2025, I was charged another $89.00. I called in and was told by the receptionist that they see that I canceled on 12.1.2024 and that I was charged for January and February 2025 and was not sure why I was charged. She said she would contact the ** and express that my situation is urgent and that he needs to address it quickly. I told her that Ive been told several times the ** would resolve this and have heard nothing. I have emailed twice and have received no response. I would like my account closed and Dec 2024-Feb 2025 refunded as I never used any of my chiropractor visits.

I canceled my membership on 2/21/23. I followed all the directions given to make sure it was canceled. I went into my home location in person. The lady at the counter had me fill out a cancelation. I asked if I would receive an email verifying it was canceled. She said no even though the cancelation said I would. I had her give me a copy of the form I filled out with her signature and date. Which was a week before the money was to be taken out. Then on the 28th they proceeded to take the money out of my account. On the 28th no one would speak to me when I called and would transfer me to other locations. Then on the 1st I finally got ahold of someone that said they had to call IT to remove my card information and had no idea about a refund. I've left my phone number many times yet no one wants to call and update me about my refund. I also have an issue if you remove my card information, which I hope they actually did, you have no way to refund my money. I simply want my money back and an email stating the account was actually canceled. I also want to know that my card was removed and no more charges will come out. I will attach the cancelation paperwork for your reference.
