  We are writing in response to the complaint filed by ********************************* regarding an account listed under her name with Texas Success Academy (TSA). The complaint states she was never a student and didnt have a balance. TSA is committed to providing high-quality education and support to our students, and we take any concerns or complaints very seriously.
  
  Upon receiving the complaint, I immediately reached out to Maronica myself to see what happened as I remember her being one of our students. We immediately reviewed our records and confirmed that ********************************* was indeed enrolled in our program. We have documentation including her enrollment form, a copy of her driver's license, grade card and records of payments that affirm her status as a student at TSA. It appears there was a misunderstanding regarding the institution involved in her complaint, which she intended for ******** and another school to be listed and not TSA. Since ITT has since closed down.
  
  Maronica was an exemplary student throughout her time with us, and we had no prior issues regarding her academic performance. We even wrote a letter to an employer for her. 
  
  When this issue was brought to our attention, ******** communicated her intention to rectify the situation and informed us of an issue she had with a previous advisor who is no longer with TSA. She has since fulfilled her outstanding balance. Understanding the circumstances and her immediate action to resolve the misunderstanding, we reached out to the collections agency to request the removal of any derogatory marks associated with this account from her credit report. 
  We are pleased to report that Maronica is now in good standing with Texas Success Academy. She just has one last step to complete to graduate, and we are in the process of issuing her transcript and diploma. We believe in supporting our students not only academically but also in ensuring their well-being and success beyond our virtual classrooms.
  
  While we regret that the BBB complaint cannot be removed even after Maronica requested it be removed today 02/06/2024 and I even called and was told it could not be removed, we hope this response serves to clarify the situation and demonstrate our proactive approach to resolving our student's concerns. Maronica has shown great responsibility and integrity in addressing this matter, and we have nothing but commendation for her character and achievements.
  Texas Success Academy is proud to have been a part of Maronica's educational journey. We wish her all the best in her future endeavors and are confident she will continue to excel in her pursuits. Should there be any further questions or concerns regarding this matter, we are more than willing to provide additional information or assistance.
