    I hired the company to replace HV** unit. The company came install the system and forgot to install one duct and one grill. They promised they will come back. I paid them $12K. I have ** that is not on, they never came back to install/correct duct, turn the ** system on for quality check nor they have installed the grill. I have spoken, called countless time. The company scheduled time, apologizes and then dont show up or wants to reschedule. The last one was Friday 8/25 appointment that was for *****. No one showed up. I texted the company who again apologized. It costed me time and money from my job as I had to take time off. I still dont have anything to show for the $12K I paid and dont know if ** works or not.

    Purchased new unit in 2015 from this company have had issues continuously since the most recent being last year where the replaced the compressor under warranty we paid for labor. Due to the workmanship when the compressor was installed has caused other problems this year they came out last week to correct there mistakes and now have made the situation even worse as my AC is now not working at all. I paid for the labor to have the compressor installed correctly and that did not happen they came out to make it right now I have no AC and I cant get a reply from anybody at the office or the owner of the company.
