  The system was not cooling properly I called The Air Clinic and they were prompt and the system was working , they replaced a sensor every thing still under warranty. Great customer service from the phone call to service person great customer service..

  Air Clinic installed my units a few years ago. Up until this year, I have been completely satisfied. I called a few months ago as I had water coming out of the emergency pipe instead of the regular pvc pipe. I found water in the drain pan on the air handler. I called to get cleaned out and ask for my regular maintenance I get yearly. Received a call prior to the appt stating they could not make it due to tech shortage. I insisted they come, they did. Air Clinic cleaned out pipe but said he had an emergency in ****** and ask me to reschedule maintenance another day, I agreed. I made an appt the following week while the technician was still at my home. The following week, I receive a call on the rescheduled appt they could not come due to technician shortage. I ask for the owner's number, which they finally gave me, it was the wrong number anyway. I was ask to be put on a list to call later for service and was not told when that would be and based on availability. I talked to the local manager, basically told me all the same, and they were struggling with labor shortages, parts, supply chain, war in ******* , etc., but eventually did say they would make the scheduled appt. I got off the phone, called another company and received a confirmed appt immediately. I wrote a letter to the owner of Air Clinic out of the ****** area never receiving a call nor a response to the situation. I have talked well of this company for the past several years, but so unfortunate I will not use them again based on the poor service I received this year. **** W

  I had a Trane air conditioner and furnace installed in Dec 2021, they also installed some new ducts and 4 air returns. They had to come out 4 times to adjust and add one more duct. And now the A coil keeps freezings up. The first tech for this problem said its a dirty filter and the filter was only 4 months old, so I changed the filter and the next day it was frozen again, the second tech came out spent about 1 to 2 hours, he found the control board was not wired up correctly and add 1lbs of R410 freon to the system. The unit worked for one night and next day I had to go out and tap on the condenser for a stuck contactor and now today my A coils is frozen again. Need help in repairing the Trane air conditioner and furnace. Air Clinic Air Conditioning & Heating Inc. has been great but I need some help to repair the this *** TRANE
