  On 08/15/23 I purchased/rented some tires and rims from ATK wheels and tires in the amount of $2750, the cost of rental is $3,465.00 and total amount of payments I have to make is $6,215.00 and so far I've paid off $3,488.24 with *****. My complaint is that it's been less then a year and I'm having issues with the tires being bad with bumps and dips in them which causes my vehicle to shake really bad. I've been back to them about the issue, and they will not take responsibility and telling me that I need shocks, struts etc and that there is nothing else they can do for me. I've been to 5 different Tire, wheel and suspension auto places and my shocks, struts sway bar (anything to do with my suspension is good). At each and every location I've been to has said the tires are bad, do to them not being balance correctly and not being aligned right and that I needed to go back to them so they can rectify the problem. This shop will not take responsibility or fix problem, and just trying to charge me more money to so call fix my shocks etc when they don't need it. I do believe *****(whom I pay weekly for.the rental) is in on this with them, because they refuse to do anything and saying I need to contact ATK. I work hard for my money trying to make it in this economy and all I want is honest work to be done. Now I'm out here driving with these bas tires praying that I make it to work and back home safe and sound, because I can't afford new ones or anything else for that matter.
