  Discount motor is a Jinky a** car dealership that sells lemon cars and will help you repair as stated in their contract Discount motor steal things out ofpeople car when report or toad you call them and they just brush you off. They lie about Late Payment when I have receipts on payment, was never late they are very hungry and I did not recommend Anyone to buy a car from them because if youre not their color, they dont give a f*** about you if you dont have money, they dont give a f*** about you. I recommend not buying a car from them cause they will sell you a lemon They pick cars that they know or lemon and sells people and break contracts that they have never abide by This car dealership needs to be shut down ASAP they are not helpful at all what so ever they may say this is a lie but its not its accurate as f*** they are f****** lying and they will brush you off

  Sold a lemon truck. It was a 2007 Extended cab F-150, from the jump of the first week of having it the vehicle had trouble starting. I sent it back "******" stated the next time this happens I'd have to fix it. Something happened again and it stopped in the middle of the road and the vehicle wouldn't turn. For me to be paying over 580$ for a truck that consistently has problems is outrageous. The truck was listed as 115k mileage but I took it to AutoZone and the computer read over 200k mileage which means He lied on the contract knowing he was selling a "Lemon Vehicle" as a regular used 2007 truck. DO NOT EVER GO TO THIS DEALERSHIP EXPECTING A DEAL. This dealership is simply made for them to make a profit and get over you in the process. If I could put ZERO Stars I would. This place needs to be investigated and shut down.

  The people at corporate either need training or they just aren't telling the truth. **************** told me to give them $100 and they would move my payment, I did, they repossessed my car and said she didn't clear it with management 1st. They then said I had 10 days to get the car and gave me the amount. Went to pay for the car and they say I need my insurance, proof of income and residence, no one mentioned this prior only the money, I get that done, they tell me to make the payment before 1pm and the car will be at the lot between 2 and 4. 4 comes and I haven't heard from them, call and they say the car won't be there until maybe tomorrow? Who does business like this?

  I run a bit behind my payments when my car was almost paid off. I showed up to pay it in full with a check but they refused to take it or will put a 160 days in hold. I decided to pay the due amount and left the lot. 15 minutes later they called me to notify me the car was repossessed. I tried to talk to them but the girl became very unprofessional and blamed me when I told the that they towed my car since it was basically paid. They knew it that they will win by repossessing before I finish paying for.

  Because they are leasing me a car even though they knew something was wrong with it and they want me to leave it at a shop for it to get fixed even though it's my only vehicle and don't have a car for me to drive while it's at the shop and they told me thats not their problem.

  Why has the company not responded to my review. They won't because they know i'm right. This is on the ***** 2010 crv. Well now I believe there is a short in the vehicle. Check comes and goes off randomly. The stereo has a short in it somewhere. The actuator is broke. I get heat on one side ac on the other. Lights are blinking on and off sometimes The sunroof quit working and then all 99f the sudden it work. Sign of a short somewhere. They won't do anything though. They sold me a car that never should have been sold. They bent me over sans lube. I know of 2 sales they lost because of this. My daughter and a friendly of mine needed a car. I sent both of them to a dealer where I had bought previously. Where I should have went instead of here. I'll guarantee they will lose more sales. I know alotof folks and I will gladl6 lose the referral fee to keep other people from getting ripped off. They claim they sell quality used cars. That's a laugh.

  I bought a ***** crv from them September a year ago. Now I understand the as is part of the program. I expect to have a couple of problems, but this just keeps on and on. First thing happened I got a flat. Took it to the tire shop and they said the tire was dry rotted and couldn't be peapaired they got to looking at the other 3 and they were the same way. Not one tire had the ame tread pattern all 4different brands. I thought ok I'll buy a set of tires. Then the air conditioner went out. It cost **** to repair it. They said they would pay half so we will see if they hold up their end. Short time later the check engine light comes on. Catalytic convertor have that repaired 600 which theysay they will pay half. Then the actuator on the ac heat broke sooner half of the car blows cold the other half hot. Then the sun roof quit working and the transmission is not shifting correctly. I went to talk to them about it.on their business it says QUALITY pre owned cars. I said tell me you sold me a quality car. ******** says I didn't build the car what do you want to do about it. There was a woman in his office and he said she's bought 8 cars and not a problem one. In the end I was basically told we sell quality, but you **** got ripped off too bad. Spoke with the sales manager. He said he would call corporate and I would be called back. Been over a week and nothing. I just want to warn everyone. They get you in with a sign that says down payment starts at 395. Guess how many cars that covers? One I was told. It goes from 395 to **** if you want anything on their lot. I will never buy from them again and will warn everyone I know to stay away. They sell c*** cars.oh and btw I have not missed one payment. Even after all this ****.i promised to take care of mine by paying on time, but they refuse do anything. I have a few cars from places similar to this. Had minor issues, but all in all good vehicles. That's not the case with Discount. Stay away from these guys.

  We bought a ***** sonic in june. The same day we drove it off the lot the check engine light came on. Out of those few months we have had to drive the car a whole hour back to the shop 6 times to place the car back in the shop due to the check engine light. They kept saying there was absolutely nothing wrong with the car. After the 4th time we placed the car in the shop the started "finding" issues wrong with it. First it was very hard convincing them we needed a rental car due to the fact our car has spent more time in the shop then here at home. But then they started charging us for a brand new turbo for $1,800, we got the car back and the same day the check engine light came on. After 3 weeks they call to inform us our engine was cracked and they were going to need ***** up front to be able to do anything. Once we told them we didn't have that upfront they demanded the rental car back and came to tow it leaving us with no vehicle and our car still sitting in the shop with an apprent cracked engine. This place treats people absolutely horrible and sells you lemon cars and WILL NOT help you in any way. If anything treat you like garbage when you can't charge you more money to a car they kept telling you there was nothing wrong with. The manager of the place was extremely sexist towards me, and they were highly rude when I wouldn't show up to the lot with my husband even though my name is also on the title. It made me extremely uncomfortable to the point where I would not show up to the lot without someone with me. Now I am out several thousands of dollars because the car lot sold me a car that has been having problems since day one DO NOT BUY A CAR FROM THIS PLACE

  This review is completely false and slanderous. Customer is aware and signed documents stating we sell all our vehicles AS-IS without a warranty. Even though customer ABUSED this car from the very start and missed many payments, we still helped them with the repair issues on the vehicle again, even though we were not obligated to do so! Customer put ****** miles on this car in 6 months and never changed the oil or took care of it and was delinquent the whole time on account. It's unfortunate BAD customers have a forum to spread lies about a company that has proven to service the *** community well for over 35 years and has over ******* satisfied customers! Again, customers statements are false and slanderous!!!
