I have an ecommerce store through ******, where I buy products from manufacturers and resell them on Amazon. I bought these gummies from Justified Laboratories for $139.91 back in March 20th, as you can see on the documents and pictures attached. By that time, reselling their products was allowed on Amazon. After I bought all the products and shipped them to Amazon warehouse, Justified Laboratories did an ** complain on Amazon, where they forbid any third reseller activity on Amazon. Therefore, I removed my listing from Amazon immediatly, and tried to get my products shipped back to me, so I could return the products to their store or even keep them for personal use. I opened a return request which was approved, however because of the ** complain made by the company, Amazon thought my products were fake and demanded an invoice or letter from Justified Laboratories to prove those products were original. Since then I have been trying to ask Justified Laboratories for either of these documents, through calls and emails, they always say they can not provide that. The problem is, without either of these documents Amazon will destroy my products that are already in their warehouse and I will simply lose the money I invested. I called many times asking them for these documents and was very clear my intention is no longer reselling them on Amazon, I just want the products I paid for for my personal use. I ordered some Proton Keto+ ACV gummies a few months ago. I did not set up a subscription account but I keep receiving the product and am getting charged. I looked up the customer service number and it seems it is made by Justified Laboratories. I have called and left many messages. I did receive one call back and when I said I did not want this product anymore the agent hung up on me. I redialed the number she called from and was put on hold. I did this twice and both times when I was told that I was next in line for an agent the call was terminated. I just want this subscription ended.Business Response

I started an order from this company for gummies. I was asked to purchase additional items after putting in my credit card information. I never pushed a button to confirm a purchase. I backed out of the information page. I then got an email that I had purchased this. I was then told I had ordered 6 bottles at $39.99 each. I purchased a two pack of there ACV gummies extreme 2000 mg off Amazon for ***** when I received them I opened the bottle to find them stuck together in a big blob that will not come out of bottle almost like they had got hot and became a ball of glue. I contact Amazon and they say they are non returnable and forwarded me to contact Justified which in turn I did attempt to buy every link or URL for there webpage is broke and there is no website so I can not contact them directly but I want my money back for the damaged product. You can't pick one gummy off this smashed blob you can't even get the blob out of the bottle. Very unhappy about this. I can provide documentation in screenshots of order and product. I paid with a Amazon gift card partial and 5 dollars and some change on a credit card. Amazon will not cover the return since it's A third party instead referring me to a company that no longer exists or can't be contacted. In April, I signed up for an order of gummy bears with no obligation or membership. It was just a trial through ******** for gummy bears for weight loss. The company proceeded to charge my charge account **** monthly. I was ill at the time and did not take notice to the charges as I was diagnosed with multiple illnesses at the time, once I was recovering and found out, I called ******************* who said they could not come to conclusion and did not refund my money. I then contacted the business and requested to speak to a manager was told that there was no one available and someone would call me back in one to two minutes. No one ever returned my call , I told them I had only received product twice and refused shipment. Both times the product was a scam that I fell for and they were committing fraud and they had no right to continue charging my account and I had canceled anything that they said I had done which I had not to begin with. I simply did a trial Back in April 2023 which they denied canceling and I said it was only a trial so even though I called it wasnt even necessary for me to do so because I was not committed to purchase any future product yet they continued to send it, and to charge me Once I realize this and took action, I was denied at every turn. They are running a scam and continue to take advantage of others. I would like them stopped, and I would like them to return my money, and stop taking advantage of others. I found through a ****** Search their website to order Keto Gummies. I went through the order process, and have a bank statement to show the transaction has gone through (AU$217.69).At the time of placing the order, I received a text message at 10:13am from ***************** (presumably from the company,) stating the following -Hi *******, your Gummies booking is valid for the next 12 hrs. Finalize at annd.link/ZWA78H Again, 5 minutes later at 10:18am I received the exact same message, however, from a different number, ***************** The link is the same in both messages and it takes me to a different company website. There is nothing about my order on that link. I have not received an order confirmation by email. I placed an order for two bottles of Vista Keto AVC gummies at $52.95 each they charged my card for three bottles a total of $169.99 which my credit card company declined as they know this company as a scam company, keto gummies then put in another order after my card was declined under another company name called Buy Pump the credit card company didn't notice this as a scam company and let the charge go through after the first decline. This is a scam company and I would like my money back.
