            We bought a 2014 *** SUV from this place on November 9th. They didnt wash it, service it, or gas it up for starters. Our issue is They charged us title fees etc and We havent received the title! They refuse to turn in the paperwork and file it properly. We have repeatedly asked for this to be done so we may have a permanent plate and tags. They give excuses and lies every time we stop by there. They recently told us we forgot to file it and will do it soon. This is NOT good enough. I dont believe anything they say. We want it filed and proof of that done. We have begged them and nothing has been done and want this resolved. Maybe they will begin to understand we are serious and the laziness will stop? We want our title to the vehicle we paid for and we want it now. Period.

                       It was a totally different and ***** does transfers she was sick and out of town. She was never lied to we told her we would call her when they get here, but she kept coming in anyways being very rude everytime. Plus everyone pays tax ,title, and license. As for the washing they difnt want anyone touchimg it so we put it in back until the house deal went through. We have her plates now but her employee came in and bought a car from us and said they were at hospital so i was waiting till they felt better and i will call,

            I have reviewed the business response and accept this resolution. Better late than never with a response. A Terrible excuse & insult was offered by the business, instead of an apology. Thanks to BBB for the assistance.
