      ******* at ********* to be unethical and unjustifiable as to hold me fully responsible for their choice to replace that one bedroom carpet instead of cleaning is due to is the storm water that had entered that bathroom and bedroom from outside. There is a maintenance record of maintenanceman had verifiedit was indeed not from a broken pipe, but came from the outside where it flooded bushes/shrubs space and entered the apt.. I had reminded management of this when I first receivedthe bill, yet they refused to take any responsibility. Their photos show waterline on the baseboard and waterline stain w/pooling on carpet clearly visible. The ** of Texas states carpet has a lifespan 5yrs. This carpet was 1yr. old. Normal wear/tear foot traffic. Their final *************** statesin writing "CARPET PLACEMENT NEEDED DUE TO PET DAM**E LOSS OF LIFE 48/60 months". I challenged that bc our dogs are crated & additionally, the waterline and pooling was in a placement near the wall where the furniturewas located (night stand and queen size bed). In their email they tried to retract that statement, they said there was foot traffic/dirty area around the bed But it is clearly stated on the final bill pet damage But that isNOT what is in writing on the final bill. This is extremely shady and unethical of CWS *******. They should be held responsible for the replacement charges to one bedroom carpeting that was solely caused by flood damages as both rooms have same foot traffic areas, yet the only carpet replacement was in the room that got flooded. I believe they replaced it due to flood damage and sticking me with the bill. This is NOT my responsibility, but theirs and theirs alone. Clearly the other carpeting had been shampooed.They should drop this claim and remove the collection from all the credit bureaus.I tried to work out a solution, but got the silent treatment and they went straight to collections. CWS ******* is unethical! Fraudulent Business Practices.

      I have been living this ***************** since last 5 yrs. I never had good experience here. I have requested for emergency services for AC not functioning and it's been 4 days they are not fixing the problem yet and every time I call to emergency service they take new request and they don't know where the status of old request.The person sitting in front office is shouting like anything at me when ask for the status without any status . I have months old toddler at home and the management does not care at all. The front does not let get into manager room.

      I live in ******************** ************* in ******. The management here is really bad and they are always trying to find new ways to extort money from the residents. While moving in I provided them with hard copy of renter's insurance which was never added in my account. So even though I had an *************'s insurance, I was fined 75$ for 4 months till I reviewed the bill and found the issue. When i went to them they said I was fined cause my insurance expired last month. On asking if it expired last month why was the fine put for last 4 months, they said the fine was put in cause insurance is not added. After 15 min of further questioning, I was told I never gave them any proof of insurance. The insurance has been active since I moved in but they never provided any communication that they are missing renter's insurance copy. They are really trying to find ways to extort more money by giving excuses.

      My apartment was flooded due to another resident. I let the property office know that I have found mold growing in several places. They have not taken the issue seriously in the way of making sure areas with mold growth are removed before replacing sheet rock. I have let them know my son is prone to respiratory illness. I am shocked and dismayed that this property is not taking the mold growth seriously. I will be contacting the corporate office.

      I have lived here 4 years it has gone ghetto in the past 2 years. Cars broken into the grounds look terrible and they have raised rent over and over. It has become section 8 housing for multiple families living in one unit. All maintenance is done by illegal immigrants to keep cost down I'm sure. It is a very unorganized place to live and managment is terrible. I could keep going.

      Hello I Live at the Quill at ********************************************************************************** I have been there 10 months its a beautiful place to Live the neighborhood is good CWS has purchased the Quill and new management is horrible it's literally a nightmare since CWS took over I'm so crushed I'm crying just writing this the manager named ******* is ********** and condescending to all the tenants especially me she is not helpful she denies tenants there due diligence in matters at the Quill her space downstairs is clean the building needs more cleaning up but ******* cares less about that all ******* does is lock herself in her office Just not to have to deal with tenants that's so horrible I would recommend anyone to move here because I love where I reside at the quill but ******* makes it very uncomfortable for Tenants and her staff that's why I rated it a 1STAR I have never lived in a apartment building that was ever managed my CWS but something is not right with this Company I send emails about said concerns to CWS with no response so now I'm here at BBB and the crew that they send to manage their properties are horrible once again someone needs to acknowledge this complaint Respectfully Submitted tenant..........

      Management at Marquis on ********** is horrible. They pick favorites to keep happy they are racists and do not care about tenants other than latino. Cant wait to break my lease and get out of here

      I have just moved into the marquis at ******************* apartment who were just recently taken over by CWS apartments and the lack of urgency is ridiculous. I have been here a month and still do not have a portal set up to pay my rent or my water bill. I have tried to call corporate many times and they never answer the phone. This company needs to get it together. If I would have known it was going to be pulling teeth to get my lease printed and get set ** ** their portal to pay my rent I would have avoided these apartments at all cost. Never again will I give my business to CWS they do not care about their customer. Everyone stay away if you want to have a peaceful move in experience.

      I would not recommend this management company. Tenants' rights do not come first. The management staff at the property ************ are able to abuse their power to play favorites with tenants and make examples out of others. Very unprofessional management and maintenance team.
