    I had a transmission leak and needed my brakes replaced. I took my car to Amazing Auto Repair & Transmission on 12/11/24. The very next day my car started to jerk. I thought it was because of the breaks not being fixed. I went back to the shop and was told that it wasnt the breaks, it was the Axel. I finally took the car to another shop for a second opinion. I was told that the transmission fluid was pretty low and that I needed to take it back to the shop that worked on it and to get the invoice. I went back to Amazing Auto Repair & Transmission. I was able to get the invoice only to find out that they replaced my transmission fluid with ATF fluid and not CVT fluid which damaged my transmission. Amazing Auto Repair & Transmission is refusing to replace my transmission. ******* the manager said, h*** just have to go through the lawsuit.

    I brought my car in for a rear main seal replacement, because that's where I believed an oil leak was coming from. I provided my own seal. Once they dropped the transmission, they found the leak to be coming from the engine. They ordered the part they needed, and recommended a clutch change. I agreed, they completed the work the following Monday, 07/01/24, where I paid $2258.77 in total (not including the actual oil leak fix yet). After leaving, I noticed my ** was broken despite working at full strength for a year. They told me that the issue is with the fan clutch in the ** compressor after messing with the wiring and not being able to fix it without replacing the part. They then told me that I needed to take it back to where I originally had it replaced. After telling them I don't have a warranty with the original place that replaced it, they told me that since they didn't work on that area of the car, they refuse to repair this without charge. I feel at the least, my compressor should be replaced since it showed no issue for an entire year until being brought into this shop.
