I contacted CapMetro 2 months ago regarding a refund for unused and unactivated passes on my account. They said they would need to escalate the issue then call me back. I have heard nothing. I have since moved out of the area and no longer need their services at all. These passes were purchased but not needed. I am requesting a refund of all unactivated passes.Business response

Invalid contact information for The Public Information Coordinator, *****************************. Ive called the number given, its invalid as if the extension has changed and theres no way to leave a physical message. Ive sent several emails throughout the past 3 weeks with no reply. All of his contact information needs to be updated, so he can actually be reached.Business response
