I used the ** Registered Agents, to act as a registered agent for my company in **. Now, I need the registered agent changed back to myself. They indicate that all I need to fill out form 401 (general information - change of registered agent) and send it to the ** Secretary of State. Did that. Months ago. I then called the ** SOS and they informed me that in order to change the registered agent - it requires a signature by the current registered agent. They, as the current registered agent, are the only ones on the planet who have authorization to change the registered agent. But they refuse to sign, saying "It's not necessary." According to state officials it is necessary. Registered Agents LLC continue to say it only requires my signature (see email attachment), but let logic prevail and think about that...if that were true, I could fill out one of those forms and change myself to the registered agent for every single company in the state of ** ******************* Apple). That's not the way it works...All I want is for them to release me and my company from this scam and change the registered agent back to myself. The fee for that runs about $100. I am willing to pay $1000. This isn't a matter of cost - I can't perform certain actions for my business without being the registered agent. Any help is greatly appreciated.

I paid Texan Registered Agent $139 in March prior to its deadline in order to serve as my registered agent and to file the annual no tax due. On April ************************************************************************************************* ***** more than a year prior. This goes against what I paid Texan Registered Agent to do. I have reached out to the company multiple tames. They continue give me inadequate or incorrect information as to why they failed to file and keep my business active and my current business status. I have also called the office, left voice mails, and additional emails to no effect. Examples of problematic answers include the following: April 17 email that indicates my business is just now "no longer approved to conduct business"; however, that happened more than a year prior. An April 19 email that stated "all previous invoices have been cancelled due to not being paid" which is not true. An April 19 email stated "none of the compliance filing invoice have been paid" which is not true. An April 22 email stated there are "multiple unpaid invoices in your account" which is not true and stated that they did not inform me of this because "we do not like to annoy and overload you with invoices" and confessed "I am not an expert on Texas reinstatements." On April 23, I received a voicemail that completely disregarded my concern and told me simply how to cancel my services with them. On April 24, I received another email that stated they are now trying to reinstate my business; however, I did it myself on April 22! So they didn't even check with the state prior to asking me for the information. As you can see, this company has a complete discrepancy in my account information. Please have the business contact me immediately and rectify this issue. I am asking for a refund of fees, an explanation of what happened. The company should also absorb any losses that I have as a result of this issue. Thank you.

I was told by ******** would be getting a refund and now I'm getting another email stating he will not refund me. I did not use his services. Hi ******,

We apologize profusely for the back and forth that you described. This does not sound like our normal level of customer service and high level of satisfaction that we expect.

I have escalated this to our **************** managment team so that we can resolve this and process a refund for you. Please allow us some additional time to get this processed.

We also apologize for the lag time in responding to your complaint. The notifications were not being forwarded to the appropriate party within our team which is entirely our fault.
