Order # is *******. I placed an order for three items on 12/23/2023. None of the items were listed as "Out of Stock." None of the items have shipped, there is no ETA provided, and calls to customer service are not answered - I was on hold for over an hour. I also tried to contact someone in **************** via Chat, and the ** response is that my chat will be responded to in under 30 minutes. There is also no way to cancel the order online. These three items I purchased are gifts, and it is embarrassing to be into January for a one-year calendar with no ETA.Since there is no ETA, no way to contact anyone at Calendars.com and no way to cancel my order, I am requesting assistance from the BBB to cancel my order for the full amount of $42.46. First, I see that you were able to connect with our CS team yesterday and your order has been canceled and refunded- which should show back on your card within 4 business days. Second, our sincere apologies that your order was in processing for so long without shipping, it should not take more than 5 business days to ship a standard shipping order and we missed the mark.
We are experiencing the highest volume of the year for our small customer service team and are doing our best to work through this volume. On our help page we have a notice that due to the surge in contact volume with the New Year, our turn around on email is 6 days and the notice about chat wait time possibly being up to 30 minutes- though I know these times are not ideal. We see the shortest wait time at the very beginning and very end of our 8am-5pm CT day, and offer a virtual hold/ callback option from 8am-2pm CT. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. However, calendars are generally ordered annually and (guessing) in December. The company specializes in selling calendars and should have the staff required to support current and future orders during its busiest time. Additionally, the policy states that order cancellations can only be made within a short window after placing the order, which is not only unfair, it is not true, as I cancelled after contacting the BBB.Thanks to the BBB for the assist on this case. Although the company canceled my order and refunded the full amount, it would not have been that simple had I not already filed a claim with the BBB.

Purchased the **** ************* Calendar on the first week of December 2023 (Order # Code: ****00000566). It is now the first week of January **** and still have not received my item. Received this tracking info: Tracking Number:TBA310307292826 When i go to check tracking, no information is provided. Only says it shipped out on 12/07/23, but like I said, it is now the first week of Jan **** and no shipping update and did Not receive the item I paid for. Would NEVER purchase from Calendars.com Every again! They do Not answer their calls and do not respond to me on messenger or email when I reached out to them multiple times to get a response from someone to find out where my order is or to get refunded. I ordered a calendar on Dec 11, then got an email on Dec 12 saying that it shipped and would take 2 -4 days for the tracking info to update. Every day that I checked the tracking the delivery date was pushed back. There is no tracking info beyond it leaving *** facility in ****** on Dec 15. It's now Dec. 28, still haven't received my calendar and tracking just says it's "On the Way". How on earth does it take this long to get a package from ******, ** to **********, ** area? This seems to be a common complaint. This company needs to do WAY better on getting orders delivered in a timely manner. Our sincere apologies, orders with standard shipping should deliver within 10 business days at the outside- Your item should have arrived by 12/23. Based on the total lack of tracking it appears to be lost in transit.
I wish I could send a replacement order, but we are out of stock on the *********** biographies calendar. I can send an alternate title with priority shipping as a replacement, like ********************************************************************************************************** or *************************************************************************************************** - or I can refund your purchase in full. If you would like an alternate calendar as a replacement please confirm if you'd like it shipped to the same address or elsewhere.

The calendar was finally delivered on Saturday, 12/30. Took 15 days to get from ******, ** to *******, **. The frustrating part was that there were no tracking updates after the calendar was picked up by ***. Initially the tracking said that it would be delivered on Dec 20, then it was pushed back every day. Somewhere along the line it was transferred from *** to **** because it was delivered to my mailbox.

I ordered several Christmas gift items on 12/10/23 thinking 2 weeks should be plenty time to get the order from ***** to ******* by the 25th. Well, items never shipped out until the 18th....they went from ***** to *******, stayed there for several days, now the items are supposedly in ********** with the most recent update several days ago ... They use Amazon Shipping and it says they are now arriving 12/30/23. The Amazon I know would always have items delivered well before 20 days later. Sure wish I had just ordered from Amazon. Certainly does not seem like the shipping I paid for. **** disappointment when I consider that I could've bought these things from many other online companies and received them ages ago. I don't think this company will be able to survive the competition with such poor service. Now I have to go try to find these items locally on Christmas Eve no less.Business Response

On or about November 7th, 2023 I ordered two calendars on-line, order number *******, they were code numbers ************ and ************. On the same date the order was confirmed and I got a second email saying the order was shipped. I never received the order. On December I tried calling customer service and did not get an answer after sitting on hold for a long period of time. I then sent an email to the Gethelp line on their customer service page. They responded with the following, "Good Evening, Thank you for your email. We are very sorry you did not receive your order #*******. Upon reviewing tracking ************************** via *** the order seems to be lost in transit. We can issue a replacement or refund for both calendars. If you'd like a replacement, please confirm the shipping address? I will await your response to issue a refund or replacement of your choice. If you have further questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us via email, live chat or by phone at ************. Our customer service team is currently available Monday-Saturday, 8am-5:30pm CST. Sincerely,Daniella R **************** Team ***************************-************." As of 12/19/2023 I still have not received it. When I tried tracking the order on line the link did not work. This past week I sent another email after not being able to reach them by phone. No response by email received. On 12/18/2023 I called their customer service line several times throughout the day and at one time I waited for over 45 minutes with no answer. I would like to received my calendars that I paid for, yes they did take my credit card payment on 11/07/2023 and it was withdrawn from my account. I would also like an explanation from the company to what is happening with their poor service. I have purchased from them for over 20 years and have never had a problem before. Purchased 7 page a day calendars. Address populated incorrectly - though I entered it correctly. It was redirected by *** from my address to *************************************************. It should have gone to *************************************************************. *** Tracking #1Z1822450316328125 *** will not allow me to redirect the package or file a claim because I am not the sender. Calendars.com (the sender) is unwilling to contact *** to redirect the package or file a claim. They offered to provide full refund if shipment is received back, or 50% refund. Dear **** and BBB,
Per the *** tracking 1Z1822450316328125, as of 11:35AM 12/18 this package was delivered to the address entered at the time of ****'s online order. We cannot redirect of change and address on an already delivered package though I wish we could.
At this time, no one has contacted ** from the ****** address entered and the tracking does not show the order being returned to us, so we do not expect to receive this product back. We shipped the order to the address provided and were not notified of the error made at the time of order until after we were outside the window for a *** intercept or address change. There is no basis for a claim with *** as the order was shipped to the address entered online at the time of the order, as shown in the attached order confirmation pdf.
As a one-time courtesy we have issued you a full refund of $90.75, on this order that should settle back to your card within 3-5 business days.

Order confirmation number is *******. I purchased a calendar and a planner on the 5th and spent around $45. After a few days, I checked the tracking and they were marked as damaged and undeliverable. I reached out to them through email twice and have not gotten any responses back. I put items in my cart and each item was $9.99 but when I went back the next day to pay online, all the prices had gone back to full price. It was a huge amount of money! Then their website wouldn't let me log in so I kept losing opportunities to use other promo codes. This store changes promo codes almost everyday and it makes you absolutely nuts to feel confident that you're getting the best deal because there might be a ************ code in a few hours and they don't honor the previous one. If you had purchased during the $9.99 sale, your order subtotal would have been $85.94, instead of the $76.26 subtotal on your order with us from 12/7/23. We do not combine promotions, but our customer service team can assist with missed promotions if contacted within 3-5 business days of any offer expiration.

I ordered 3 calendars from them. The delivery took awhile. Finally recd order on 1/14/23. Opened it and found 1 of the calendars I ordered. However the other 2 calendars were not what I ordered. They were far from it, but on the invoice they enclosed, it showed my original order, as if they had fulfilled what I ordered, even though they did not. I had ordered a mini Greek Isles calendar and A Parisian Life calendar but they sent me Shih Tzu Puppies and The Great Northwest. They are a corrupt company and I would advise people NOT to order anything from them ever! I have now read all of the numerous other similar complaints about them. I ordered two calendars on 12/9/22 from Calendars.com and have still not received the two calendars that I was charged for. I have tried calling and they just say that they are experiencing high wait times and you could be on hold for 3hrs. *** attempted to call several times at different times of the day. *** attempted to have them call me back. The order showed as authorized and settled in our credit card processor, but not in our order management system, therefore your order did not download.
