    Subject - Seeking assistance regarding my experience with KLA Schools of Sweetwater Hello,I hope this message finds you well. I am writing to seek assistance and share my recent experience with KLA Schools of Sweetwater. I apologize for any inconvenience caused by this matter, and I would appreciate your guidance in resolving the issue.To provide some context, I sent an email to KLA Schools of Sweetwater informing them that my child would be withdrawn from their program for two months. I also indicated re-enrolling in August 2023 for ************** year. I gave them prior notice well before the required 30-day notice period. However, despite this, I was charged for **** 2023.The school explained that since I did not specify the exact date in May when my child would leave, they charged me for the entire month of ****. This has left me puzzled and dissatisfied with the situation. I believe I complied with the required notice period and provided ample information regarding my childs absence.Furthermore, during my time at KLA Schools of Sweetwater, I noticed a recurring issue that affected my two-year-old childs experience. There was a frequent turnover of inexperienced teachers, resulting in several fresh faces appearing every month without prior notification. Additionally, I observed that children often spent more time outside of their designated classrooms, which concerned me.Taking all these factors into consideration, my family and I have made the difficult decision not to continue with KLA Schools of Sweetwater. Given my experience, I feel compelled to advise other families to consider alternative options and avoid enrolling their children in this particular school.I request your assistance in addressing the unjust charges and exploring any potential resolutions.     Thanks for reaching out to us. You were absolutely right when you said in your note that there are two sides to every story. We appreciate your reaching out to provide our side. 


    Our termination policy requires a written, 30-day notice. Below is a chronological order of the communications:


    On 4/21/2023, we received an email from the complainant stating that they were going to pull their child out of our school as they were traveling for a couple of months and would return for the month of August. This email did not provide a last day of enrollment, for the child.
    On 4/24/2023, our then Director sent a form to be filled out - customary for all families who are leaving for a couple of months and returning in the summer. The complainant did not respond to this email.
    On 5/15/2023, we received an email from the complainant, stating that their last day would be 5/23/2023. This was the first time that we'd heard back from the complainant since our Director sent him the form to fill out on 4/24/2023.
    As you can see, the first time that they communicated a date to us was on 5/15/2023. This policy is clearly stated in both our parent handbook as well as enrollment agreement. We're happy to provide copies of the emails or additional documentation as needed. We are attaching the screenshots of the emails for your reference.
