      The Managed Engine MDM software has repeatedly failed to deliver on its promised functionality, but the situation became intolerable when it caused a brand-new phone to become unusable and impossible to wipe clean. Despite our attempts to seek assistance from their support team, they have chosen to ignore us, leaving us stranded with a worthless device. Their lack of meaningful support has been frustrating, as they continually request the same log files without offering any solutions.I am writing this complaint to alert others to the abysmal quality of Managed Engine's MDM software and their subpar support. The company should take responsibility for either repairing the bricked phone or providing a replacement or refund of the phones MSRP.Ticket number: ## ******* ##

      I see 2 charges on my cc from zoho for 33 dollars each. I have never had any business interactions with them. They do not answer phones from their contact page. I believe this company is fraudulently charging people from skimmers located throughout the US.

      I have requested from zoho customer service for a sales manager to contact me for 2 weeks regarding a pricing solution i was promised. And no one has called us back to date. To promise me a call and not call me is very unprofessional.

      I switched to Zoho Mail after another email service trashed the entire history of my emails. I am now seeing that Zoho has more than its share of problems and I am also seeing that there's no help to be had. The layout is so sprawled out that I can't read everything on the screen. I tried to change that and it only got worse. I am feeling that this service is much worse than the one that I left and I am more than a little bit angry. Zoho Mail is highly rated, but so was the service that I left. Somebody must be paying under the table to get these high ratings because what I am seeing is the worst that I have ever seen in my entire career.

      I subscribed to utilize zohobook on a trial service. As I started to utilize the service I was in a free trial. During the free trail I was faced with a plethora of problem that zoho books refused to fix. After the trial was nearly over zoho finally corrected the issue of opening balance after numerous calls and emails. However during this issue I pointed out that they are not fixing it untill my trial ran out which rendered the trail useless and in fact was therefore deceptive and intentional. Zoho stated that they would restart the trail to correct this however now they have stated they will not.

Customer has connected with us few time and was unable to convey the query in detail inspite of us requesting and we have sorted that over a phone call. There was no issue in the product but customer was unaware of handling few actions which caused certain delay in this. 

      We have got on a call today with the customer and sorted out their latest query in the product. Also we would like to clarify that we have extended the trial once and if the customer prefer to extend the same they can reach out to us over a phone call or chat or also can drop an email.

      I am rejecting this response because: Zoho is incorrect. I have requested support, which they advertise as 24/5, at certain times I am available. I have requested this support over the phone and booked times for support. Zoho has gone out of there way to not contact me at requested times and instead contact me while I am at work, at times I tell them not to contact me at, or when I state I will not be near a computer. Zoho also delayed these connection and responses in an attempt to not provide thr advertised time trial in its full capacity. When a business advertises something and then makes it difficult to use and does not provide support untill trial is over or near over is the definition of unfair and deceptive business practices. I have also contact Zoho via phone and email with lack of response or with a response that has nothing to do or does not help the actual problem. For this reason I request BBB to keep the case open for Zoho to respond in hopes of amicable solution.

      I attempted to initiate service and provided my bank information for Zoho to access the accounts . The initiation process did not work for reasons never explained to me, thus I used the online portal to close the account. After the account was closed Zoho continues to attempt to access my bank accounts, sometimes as often as eight times per day. Zoho's failed attempts trigger my bank to lock my bank accounts. I have spoken with a customer service representative on two occasions and sent an email to the designated support team contact. A week later no corrective action has been taken and my bank advises that my only option at this point, since Zoho will not stop the unauthorized attempts to enter my accounts, is to close the bank accounts. Zoho's unauthorized attempts to access private bank accounts, using information from a closed Zoho account, demonstrates a failure on their part to protect consumers and their sensitive information.

      I was scammed for $987 CAD by someone who's IP address is 103.117.158.53, located ** *****, namely at ZOHO CORPORATION PRIVATE LIMITED - network adminis address: ****************, ******************************************************************* Village, Kanchipuram, District, Chengalpattu, ********** ****** *********** phone: ************* This person sent me an email stating that I was approved for a loan (I have been loan shopping); even though I KNOW that an accredited financial agency would not ask for a payment, these guys were GOOD - stating that their system was having difficulty, if I wanted this to go faster to send the payment for ************** to ************************** who supposedly was a colleague etc.. etc.. I sent the funds and now I am not only in a worse financial position, but these guys have my IDs and my banking info (cancelled all of it, can't cancel ID but did call equifax/transunion).. this is horrifying, I cannot imagine how many others have been scammed. They are located in ***** - and I won't likely see my funds again. This needs to be investigated!!! I wouldn't doubt they have done this to MANY more.

      I did not receive any refund. Believe me I certainly would have noticed if I did.

      Why would they go on and say that???

      This is not a joke, now I cannot help but think that whoever SAID this must be IN on this whole scam as well. 

      Do tell: if I was sent a refund, what date/amount/and the sender? Where did they send that to?

      I would clearly need to know these things, and why haven't I been notified personally??

      Please send me if you would a copy of this email, I cannot believe this!

      Computer security company, Zoho, claims that my computer and cell phones have been hacked. Told me that my banking account has 4 **** charges the past 2 days. Said they would connect me to my bank on a secure line, but the same male voice claimed to be my bank. When I said "this is not my bank, as I know all my bank ladies personally" he hung up and does not answer that phone number again. He was trying to get into my bank account!. Please stop these thieves.

      Zoho charged me for a non-existing account and they required the non-existing account (invalid email address) to send a request to cancel the subscription. 1. Why does Zoho keep charging me for an account that had been canceled a year ago?2. How can someone send an email from an invalid email address??3. After several emails back and forth, I still don't see a good attitude from them. They have not answered my questions.4. They will not allow you to really cancel an account, they will just mark the account as inactive. Why would they do that? What's the benefit of keeping a bunch of useless accounts?

      I've been trying to fix issues with my Zoho account for years now. I'm unable to remove certain users from my Zoho One account and I've been charged for this for almost 3 years at $80 per month.I've tried multiple times to contact support over the years, but eventually, I just give up because their support is so bad.I'm tired of being charged for users that I'm unable to remove due to flaws in their software.
