On October 19 2023 ***************************** continuously called and harassed me on each phone line associated with my name including my job and business. I told him to stop calling on each occasion but he continued without fail. He is soliciting his services which are not desired and he continuously annoyed and alarmed me each time. I blocked each number but he persists even after being td to stop and remove me from his list. He seems to think his sales techniques are more important than my request.

We reached out regarding listing he has online and to get more information - he has a listing on Zillow that we have interest in (as a real estate company). He's under the impression that we are spamming him for reason which is out of line for a professional who is suppored to conduct himself in a more respectful manner.

I am rejecting this response because: he was told more than 6 times to stop calling and did not. We are not interested in his propaganda. If he was a professional and not a spammer he would not have wasted his time with a cold lead that was not interested. The property is listed on Zillow for sale. Not for ownership occupation information or future opportunity discussions. Please refrain from all calling, stalking and harassment. Thank you

    Business Response

    Date: 10/19/2023

You are making a lot of assumption that someone in your profession should not be making. You have no clue why we called you, I am sure you get a lot of spam phone calls which lead you to making quick assumptions about us but reality is we did not discuss anything nor do you have any clue why we reached out and your complaint has no basis nor do you have any valid reason. Filing a complaint online to retaliate for how you feel is the easist thing one can do online and is accessible to all. Every company has online presence and trying to tarnish that online presence is easier than ever but that's not how we do business.

I am rejecting this response because: it is obvious this telemarketer/solicitor is cold calling someone who does not want to be contacted and now openly admitting to it. I simply asked for them to stop and they obviously still would like to defend their actions. I dont want to hear their pitch and certianly do not want to do business with them whatsoever. No assumptions are being made. All factual information. Tarnishing a reputation and sharing facts publicly are very different. Although tactics as such will earn you a tarnished reputation if it hasnt already. Please stop contacting me! End of story. I don't want anything you have to offer
