      Sooo overpriced. $30 for a month of minor league sports is ridiculous. The stream quality is also awful. Hopefully the leagues that use this platform will wise up and move on to a better platform. The cherry on top was that my subscription was set to expire in a few days and they terminated it a day early while I was watching a season ending game. Such a joke. If you can watch your sports somewhere else, do it.

      If I could leave 0 stars I would. Absolutely infuriated! I paid for the subscription to watch my high school son run track at the ***********. It's taken me over an hour do far to try to watch the whole heat which should take 3 minutes and I still haven't been able to watch it completely or even without it buffering every 20 seconds! I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS APP AND I WILL BE DEMANDING A REFUND!

      What in the world are we paying for? Every single baseball game this season has had either video issues, audio issues, or both. At what point do they shut down operations and figure it out? No live customer service and they respond in 72 hours via email every single time without any resolution.

      I emailed customer support directly from the website and received a response by the next business day. Communication was quick and every person I dealt with via email was professional and they stayed on my issue until it was resolved.

      Flow racing is a scam! I was charged $190 for a subscription while others were charged $150 which is the normal fee for a subscription I have tried unsuccessfully three times to contact this company with no response. At the end of all their emails they say if you have any issues or concerns, please contact our support team Im actually wondering if they do have a support team and what they do because they never contact you or even offer to help you resolve the problem.

      Quality of event streaming is horrible. Constantly buffering or other technical difficulties. Camera work for replays is awful. I am hoping the ************** will switch to **** +. I am going to recommend they do so.

      Flo Sports is a scam. They advertise paid access to stream professional cycling events. They have a calendar of events on their website that are allegedly available to stream. After paying for a subscription I attempted to watch. I was told multiple events on their schedule were not available in the ***. Nothing on their schedule identifies these regional restrictions. ***'s streaming schedule is essentially false advertising. I attempted to contact them about the schedule via several different means, (email, social media and ******** and never got any responses. They only responded to me after I'd submitted a refund dispute through my credit card. Don't waste your money on Flo if you're in the ***, they misrepresent what they provide.

      HORRIBLE reception. Ive had the app (paid $20 for it) and have had buffering through 2 whole games Ive attempted to watch. This is the most expensive app Ive bought and by far worst quality. How do we get a refund? After reading all the reviews/comment on FloSports fb page, Im def not the only one extremely disappointed. DO BETTER.

      I had a problem with my subscription. It was not letting me open live streams and was requesting I make a new purchase to access them. Support found I was using the wrong email address to log in with. Senior moment on my part. Their communication was excellent in resolving my issue. Thank you, ****
