  I highly recommend ****** ****** at Gravity Lending. After exploring several lenders, I found ****** to be the only one who was truly sincere and focused on helping, rather than just trying to earn a commission. He did not perform any hard pulls on my credit, which immediately set him apart.
  ****** made the refinancing process straightforward by breaking everything down into clear, easy-to-understand steps. He was patient, professional, and genuinely interested in finding the best solution for my situation.
  Thanks to him, ***** was able to secure a 6% interest rate and a 10-year/100k-mile extended warranty, significantly better than what other lenders offered.

  I had an outstanding experience working with **** *. from Gravity Lending! She was knowledgeable, professional, and incredibly pleasant throughout the entire process. **** always answered my questions timely, which gave me confidence and peace of mind every step of the way.From the easy online application to fast document signing, the entire process was smooth and efficient. I was especially impressed that **** was able to secure me a lower interest rate even though my credit history wasn't the best.If you're looking for a loan officer who's efficient, responsive, and a pleasure to work with, I highly recommend **** *.   Gravity lending and Mr. ****** ** were able to meet my financing needs. He was able to reduce payments and reduced interest rate by 8 points. Others declined my request but Mr. ****** * went out of his to insure that I get the financing I need. Thank you very much and I will reach out to you for any future auto financing.

  After waiting 24 hours for a quote, I decided to cancel my application because I went with another company. In the initial communication, they said it would not be a hard pull on my credit. I did not provide SSN numbers and thought they would give me a quote based on the basic information I provided. When I sent the notification that I wanted to cancel my application, I get an email (45mins later) from the company saying they denied me. That would be fine if it happened before I cancelled and I find out there was a hard pull. Just be honest in your practices. There is no need to mislead people to get business. I want this inquiry removed from my account because I was told it was a soft pull. I will dispute with the credit agencies. Sad and unethical.

  I recently refinanced my auto loan with Gravity Lending, and I couldnt be happier. My loan officer, ***** *., was incredibly helpful and guided me through every step of the process. She was always quick to respond to my calls and emails whenever I had questions. I highly recommend working with them.

  ***** took care of my wife and my car refinance. Dropped our Internet rate by 30%+ on a car we purchased 6 months ago, and made sure that our loan allowed additional payments to go towards principle, instead of interest or wherever else the previous institution wanted to send our money. If you buy a car and finance through the dealership, I highly recommend checking here for an auto refinance to save money.

  I was unfamiliar with Gravity lending prior to refinancing with them. I found the experience to much more efficient than I expected and they got me a much lower rate on my loan. I mainly dealt with **** ******** and he was extremely knowledgeable and helpful through the whole process. Highly recommend.
