Business ProfileforFurniture in the Raw

After purchasing a large home in ******, I visited Furniture in the Raw to gather info for my furniture needs. My immediate concern is furnishing 2,or 3 bedrooms and possibly utilizing a bed in a cabinet for another potential bedroom. This is to be a gathering place for my whole family, two sons and 5 young grandchildren, We are closing on the house at the end of Dec. 2021. I went into the store after my Pilates class and a doctor ************ looking not so spiffy granted! The manager was there ( I had spoken with another person a few months earlier about bed in a cabinet.)This gentleman was obviously "in the middle of something" but finally came around and asked he he could help me and I responded that yes, I needed to revisit the idea of bed in a cabinet,.and wanted to try the bed part out. He demonstrated the actions of opening the bed and allowed me to try it.....and I asked further questions then proceded to tell him I need to furnish at least 2 bedrooms and another room perhaps with this cabinet/bed. So I also needed info about the Serta mattresses on the floor - well, he left for a moment - a customer walked in the door and all his attention went to her but he did return to me and give me the price list on the cabinet beds....and I mentioned the mattress I had just tried but he was gone (back to the other customer)I am a little ticked but go up to the "women behind the glass" (Office?) and ask he they have any info on the mattresses, like prices, details?...their answer - "NO" yup that was it!!! NO- so I head to the door and an employee stepped in and asked he could help.....that was very nice- he gave me the basic info I asked for-..thank you..but I won't return to this store -ever!!!! I am moving into a **** sq ft house and need furniture! I don't live under a bridge! Better not judge a book by it's cover!.....just sayin".... Remember me, ******************?

*********, we are not your typical store. We are not big box and in your face. We don't gel with everyone, I assure you, but we understand your decision. We have gotten complaints for being in your face, too. It's a no win. We hate to read this and would love an opportunity to earn your business. We are local and real people. I sit here reading this tonight, not happy obviously! You can email me personally *************************** and I'd be happy to work with you! I understand if you don't want to return but completely understand. ***** is not in on Tuesdays and Wednesdays if you drop in. My daughter, *****, is a delight to work with also. I work limited hours as I care for my Mother but am very responsive via email. *********, it's the holidays. We are all pretty stressed. A lot is going on and we're all at wits end.
