      This is completely untrue.  We can't help that you provided an incorrect address on your order.  We shipped the item and it was returned to us as non-deliverable.  As it turns out, you put part of your billing address into the shipping address.

      We have sent you four emails without response.  We are not going to ship it a second time until we have the correct shipping address.  Further, you ordered free shipping.  We shipped the sculpture the first time to the address you provided.  It was returned to us as non-deliverable.  If you wish for us to ship it a second time, we will need to collect the shipping cost for dispatching it a second time.  We have already incurred one shipping fee.

      What you have stated is completely untrue.  We shipped your sculpture promptly.  You provided an incorrect shipping address AND you have not responded to our emails to you since the item was returned.

      We are so sorry the address you provided was not a valid address.  Please contact us to correct this error and have your sculpture shipped.  We have attempted to contact you numerous times without response.

      Stop making excuses on every complaint. Are you that insensitive. I was recently threatened by 1 of their associates when I asked for their legal counsel. I was even told that I am banned from communicating with them or ordering from them. Ridiculous. They also wouldn't allow me to speak with the owner. STAY FAR AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY

      As you know,  you ordered a made-to-order item that was non-refundable.    While we understand that you needed this item sooner than the date that artist could complete it, the manner in which you treated multiple associates was unacceptable.  Note that the artist was within the timeframe promised on the website.  We are sorry that you chose to order something so late for your grandchild.  Unfortunately, the artist was not able to bump previous orders to complete your item earlier.

      We take any and all threats towards our associates very seriously.  As we clearly stated to you, we are unable to accept any further phone calls from you due to the abusive and threatening nature of your communications.  Furthermore, we will not be accepting any further orders from you due to this behavior.

      As you strongly demanded, your order was canceled and fully refunded.  Please note that any future communication must be in writing due to the unacceptable and abusive behavior towards several of our team members.  Again, we did nothing wrong here.  We are sorry we were unable to accelerate the timeline for you.  We tried, but the artist was unable to make that happen.  Unfortunately, your over-the-top reaction resulted in our determination that all future communication would need to be writing.

      Wildlife Wonders is a disreputable business and should be investigated. We ordered a bench on 3/28/24 and paid for it the same day and was told it would be shipped within 7 business days. It's 5/31/2024 and we still have not received it. We have called several times for a delivery date and was told each time we would receive it this week or next week.I called today and ***** from Wildlife Wonders stated she doesn't have an update on when we will be receiving the bench. I told her I want a refund and she said ok but I would lose my place in line if I decided to order it again. I told her you have no line cause it's been over 2 months and I haven't received the bench as of yet. She said it will take ********************************************************************** my refund.

      You have left out a tremendous amount of information in this review. We were in contact with you a few days after you ordered with the information that the bench had gone on back-order. We explained that the bench would not be available for 8 to 12 weeks as a large shipment was coming from *****. At that time, we offered you three options. We offered to switch your order to a different design, cancel the order, or we offered you the opportunity to get on the wait list.  You were not told it would be shipped within 7 days.  You chose to be added to the waitlist.

      At that time, you chose to be added to the wait list for the bench.When you called to cancel the order last week, we simply told you that you were losing that position on the wait list. Your order was canceled and fully refunded per your request.

      We are sorry the specific design you wanted went on backorder. We did have a conversation with you at that time and you chose to be added to the waitlist.At no time were you misled. As you stated, we did not give you a specific delivery date as the container has not arrived to our warehouse yet. You chose to be added to the wait list. When you chose to cancel the order, we simply informed you that you were being removed from that wait list. We have had people cancel their order only to call back and ask to get back their position on the wait list. As a transparent customer service gesture, we were simply informing you that we don't restore positions on wait lists if a customer cancels the order.

      Again, we are sorry the style of bench you wanted went on backorder. We did inform you of that status just after you placed the order. You chose to be added to the wait list. When you didn't want to wait any longer, you chose the cancel the order and were immediately refunded.

      Wildlife Wonders in ********** is a disreputable business. In July of 2022 we ordered a set of plates for $169 processed through Pay Pal. The web site said it would ship in 4 days. After a month we started calling For months they told us it was delayed in customs on the West Coast on a boat. We were told later it was in a ware house and would ship in 2 weeks. After that we were even told it was on a truck. We did not receive it. Needless to say a year had passed. We finally requested a refund which they agreed to. After 2 months a reasonable amount of time Pay Pal told us there was still no refund. Pay Pal said they needed transaction ID number. We requested a transaction ID number several times from Wildlife Wonders to no avail. Finally they send us copy of a message to Pay Pal noting some strange name on it. We called many times without success and sought help from Pay Pal. Do not trust what they say.

      We are so sorry PayPal is not releasing the refund to you.  When an account is not in good standing with PayPal, they can and will hold funds.  PayPal will not tell us why your refund isn't being provided to you due to privacy concerns, but they have acknowledged that the refund was successfully processed to your account from our bank account. We refunded you promptly when you requested to cancel your order.

      As you already know, you were refunded in full on September 7, 2023 at 9:24 AM.  We have attempted to assist you with PayPal numerous times since processing the refund.  We have provided your husband with screenshots of the successful refund transaction via email on more than once.   We have no control over PayPal.  We refunded the transaction at your request back to the payment method you utilized when purchasing the dinnerware.  

      As the refund was successfully processed back to PayPal AND we have provided your husband with proof of this fact several times, there is not much more we can do.  You need to contact PayPal and resolve whatever issues are causing PayPal to hold your funds.  Per your request, we contacted them on your behalf.  They would not tell us very much, only that the refund was successfully processed back to the PayPal account utilized to purchase.

      If there is something we can do to assist you, please don't hesitate to let us know.  We are so sorry there are issues with your PayPal account.  We have absolutely nothing to do with whatever issues there are between you and your payment provider.  Should you have any questions, please don't hesitate to let us know.

      Placed Order #***** on January 9, 2022 for the amount of $569.05.I have made numerous calls to the **************** number and I have submitted numerous emails requests regarding the status of the order--which has always been 'awaiting fulfillment'.Emails are not responded to and call messages left with **************** are not responded to. When I am fortunate to call and speak to a live person, the response I receive is that the item will be shipped within in a couple days. However this is all lies in hopes by Wildlife Wonders that I will just stop reaching out and go away.I hate to do this and really have been willing to wait for the custom order to be completed, but after 2.5 years I now realize this will never happen, so I am requesting a full refund.It's very unfortunate that it comes to this degree of aggravation where a company cannot at least respectfully respond to a paying customer who has been very patient. I am sorry I ever made this purchase, because it has only resulted in wasted time on my part contacting a company multiple times through email and phone calls, only to be dismissed and treated with zero respect and courtesy.*********************

      This review comes as a complete surprise.  You ordered a custom item.  We were in contact with you numerous times throughout the process.  Any time you left a message, we called you back.  We also responded to your emails.  If our team is helping another customer, we can't always immediately respond, but as you know, you always received a response.

      YOU ARE IN POSSESSION OF THE CUSTOM ITEM YOU ORDERED.  It was shipped as soon as the artist completed it. 

      It is a shame you chose to disparage our company after you received the custom item you ordered.  It took longer than expected, but you chose to wait when provided to the opportunity to cancel the order for a full refund.

      We have heard nothing from you since you received the shipment.  It is surprising that we now receive this review when you are in fact in possession of the item.

      I initially emailed this company on February 25th inquiring about a $600 table that their website said was in stock. I had previously had an issue tracking down this table, so I wanted to double check to make sure it was in stock to avoid the same headache I had just had with multiple other companies. I was told it would be a 2 week wait but I could go ahead and place my order now, which I did because I was happy to wait the 2 weeks. 2 weeks passed and no updates, so I waited until the end of the 3rd week to reach out again via email. I was told that the item was "stuck in customs" and that was the only update they had for me. Another week passed with no updates, no confirmation of being in customs, no tracking information, so I emailed again. No response. I waited another week, 5 weeks at this point, and I emailed yet again. No response. So I called, no one answered. Another email, again no responses back at all. I sent one final email to this company on April 8th, 6 weeks after my initial order, asking them to please cancel my order if they weren't even going to bother communicating with me after accepting my $600. They couldn't even be bothered to respond to this email or cancel my order, they continued to ignore me, not ship out my table, and keep my money. I had to go through paypal to file a dispute to get my money back, and to no surprise at all the company couldn't even be bothered to respond to the paypal dispute, so luckily that closed in my favor. Absolutely horrible company, I wish I had seen their BBB page full of scam accusations before placing my order with them.

      This review is very unfair and unfounded.   You refused to pay for the table.  Therefore, we had to re-route the table back to our warehouse.  You attempted to have the table delivered to you without paying for it.  Disputing a payment after being provided the shipment information and the current location of the item is fraud.  We require a clear form of payment in order for products to be delivered.

      You disputed the payment  AFTER you were provided the shipment information and the current location of the table.  Due to the lack of payment, we were forced to re-route it to our warehouse. 

      When we received the disputed payment notice, we responded to you via email.  We clearly stated that we needed to have a clear form of payment before the table could be delivered to you.  As you never responded to us, the table was held for you in one of our warehouses.  The table has been sitting in our warehouse for several weeks pending a clear form of payment.  As you know, if you had lifted the dispute or paid for it via a different form of payment, you would have received the table weeks ago.

      Please note that we do not compensate individuals nor do we provide free products in exchange for the removal of false reviews.

      DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. I placed an order on March 15th that had a ship date of 3 business days and have still not heard a word from this seller and they have $100+ of mine that they aren't returning. I'm having to go through PayPal for a refund because they are completely unresponsive. It's messed up that they are obviously active on ******** but completely ignore their customers. Crazy!!

      I ordered a moose sculpture but what I got was an elk after waiting six weeks, I was expecting in two. I made several phone calls and e-mails with no luck. Finally I contacted my credit card company to dispute the charge and wouldn't you know it I got a call back from wildlife wonders.I received the wrong item about ten days later. I learned a lessen here I should have looked at the reviews first

      I purchased a baby turtle for my wife, i paid 150 dollars for it and paid for 2 day shipping.after a week i called them for 3 days straight before i finally got someone online. they said the artist was running behind i said ok. Lies all Lies. after 5 weeks i finally got my junk, it weighs nothing and there is a sticker on the back that says made in *********, they buy this junk for pennies and sell it online for 150 dollars i wouldnt pay 5 dollars for this item and if you look online there are the same figuring for 250 dollars LOL what a joke this company is. you can never get anyone on on the phone they sell junk the turtle weighs as much as a piece of paper i have never been so ******.stay away from this place they will rip you off they did me.oh yea they told me they have been in business for 25 years. thats a lie also.

      You have accused us of lying ever since you purchased.  You aggressively accused our customer service agents stating that the item had not shipped even when you had the tracking information.  You have attempted to get us to give you either a discount or the product for free almost since the day you purchased.  You state that we are lying about how long we have been in business.  We started our business in 1988.  It is now 2024.  Wildlife Wonders has been in business for over 25 years!  

      I'm so sorry you don't like the handmade sculpture by ************************  This is a handmade piece that is crafted from polymer clay.  As you purchased the smallest size, it is a very small sculpture.  The dimensions of the product are included on the site.

      In our many years of working with ***********************, this is the very first complaint we have had regarding one of his sculptures.

      Please contact us for a return authorization.  Per our return policy, if you are dissatisfied with the product in any way, you can return the product to our warehouse within 30 days of receipt. 

      Again, we are so sorry you don't like the handmade sculpture.  Regarding your numerous attempts to get a discount or secure this sculpture for free, please stop.  We are not going to give you this product no matter how much you gaslight us on the BBB.  We have NEVER lied to you.

      Item never delivered!!! The company is not reachable. My order number is ***** They might charge me more than once of the same item I placed an order. I was sick at that time and totally forgot the ordering until I searched something on my email and found this. If you are the owner of this company, please reply here!!! I should have checked BBB before ordering anything from this scammer

      You canceled your order soon after placing it in June 2021!  Your order was immediately refunded back to your PayPal account per your request.  You do NOT have an active order.  You were refunded in full.  The reason you never received the product is because you canceled the order and received a full refund.  We do not send the product to a customer when they canceled the order.

      You sent us an email on June 25th at 8:44 AM.  The email stated: "Thank you for the update. Please cancel the order, thanks.

      Your order was canceled at that time and immediately refunded back to your PayPal account.

      It has been more than 2.5 years since you purchased and subsequently canceled the order.  Now, you are demanding that we send you this product even though you canceled it and were provided a full refund at the time of cancellation.  

      This review is extremely unfair and unfounded.  We canceled and refunded the order per your request.  We do NOT and have NEVER charged someone twice for an order.  

      We received your request to fulfill this order even though you canceled it and were fully refunded.  We will not be providing you with a free product.
