    I ordered a necklace and a pair of earrings on 7/13/24. The necklace was shipped 7/14/24 and I was told the earrings were going to be separate due to them needing to be finished. I was told "soon" on 8/4/24. I did not receive another reply from them when I emailed 8/30/24 or 9/5/24. I ended up writing it off and being annoyed I had lost my money. I received a marketing email 3/29/25 that I replied to on the off chance it may help, an lo and behold, the rest of my order shipped on 3/31/25. Do not order from these people unless you are willing to fight to receive whatever you order.

    The facts are that two sets of earrings were delivered to your home.  You contacted us 6 months after the first delivery claiming that the earrings never arrived.  Despite proof of delivery of the first shipment, we shipped a second pair.

    The **** GPS tracking shows the first pair were delivered to your address in September. Despite this proof of delivery, we sent a second pair to you FREE OF CHARGE when you stated they never arrived.  This was a customer courtesy.

    While we are not responsible for porch pirates and packages that are stolen after delivery, we trusted that you were being honest that you didn't have them.  Apparently, our customer courtesy has resulted in a very unfair 1 star review.  

    We are sorry if the first shipment was stolen after delivery.  We tried to help you by providing a second pair.  You didn't contact us until over 6 months after the earrings were delivered the first time.

    It is very frustrating that you would leave such a horrible review when we gave you a second pair of earrings for free when you reported the first package missing 6 months after it was shown as delivered to your home via GPS.

    Two pairs of earrings? What? This was never a part of the conversation! I ordered a necklace and earrings, you guys told me it would ship separately, and then one half of the order took 6 months to show up. Whoever the person is doing these reviews needs to step up their game.

    Do not buy from Wild Life Wonders.I ordered 4 glasses on January 27.I am still waiting. I have called many times. When they answer the answer is always you will receive them next week. These glasses on still offered on line only at a reduced price with empty words of few days shipment. Do not order from Wild Life Wonders. They need a 0 rating!

    We are so sorry your glasses are delayed.  They are hand-painted glasses.  Unfortuately, the artist got behind due to a death in her family.  She has assured us she will be caught up very soon.

    We try to support artists that make things in the ****  In this case, this artist has been delayed by 2 weeks.  We are so sorry your order has been impacted by this delay.

    If you would like to switch to a different design, we have all the other glasses ready for immediate shipment.  Unfortunately, these hand painted glasses are delayed.

    Terrible customer service This is a horrible way to run a business. I purchased an item on 1/9/25 for a gift and still have not received it or the tracking info. I sent 2 or 3 emails and have called st least 5-6 times. They tell me the same thing everytime. Its gonna be sent today. It was not a cheap item. Im wondering if they even have it. I wish o would have read reviews before purchasing. Im wondering how they even stay in business

    Your order was canceled because you disputed the bill.  We do NOT ship items when the payment has been disputed.

    You chose a handmade copper piece that takes time to pack and ship.  We were in daily contact with you and assured you the item was ready and was in our pack and ship department.  Before it could ship that day, we received a disputed payment notice.

    After you disputed the payment, you called us in an attempt to pressure us to ship the order.  When you were informed that we had received the disputed payment, you pushed us to ship the art without any payment.  Our policy is to hold any order that does not have a clear form of payment.

    ********, all we needed was for you to pay for the item so we could ship it.  

    We are sorry this transaction did not work out for you.  There are very few retailers selling this art at this time.  We know it was important for you to receive it.  However, we have to have a clear form of payment in order to ship items.

    Beware!!!!!! Awful communication, Well NO communication!!!!! I've called and left 5-6 voicemails and 5-6 emails and no response!!! I had spoken to them 2 times when someone answered the phone and promised my order was shipping and I would receive a tracker on Monday 01/27/2025 and still nothing to date! I should have also read the reviews before ordering before Christmas. This wasn't a cheap order of over $200.00 and at this point afraid I'll never receive my order and have lost the money!1 So beware and hope the BBB can do something about them!!!!

    We are so sorry you didn't receive the tracking email for your order.  Your order shipped directly from the artist.  It is scheduled to arrive to you in a few days.  We sent you a separate email yesterday with the specific tracking information.

    As you know, you ordered a made-to-order item that takes time for the artist to complete.  As you stated, we were in contact with you and provided you with an estimated ship date.  When we learned you had not received the tracking email, we quickly responded with the tracking number as well as a screenshot from *** of the shipment's progress.

    We do hope you enjoy the boxed set you had made.  We are sorry you were so worried.

    I should have checked reviews before trying to purchase something from this company. I also never received any tracking information/never got the item after my purchase. I tried reaching out via email to them for help, no response. I made the purchase November 1st well ahead in time for Christmas. I did use ****** which they are now looking into it and I'm confident they will get my money back. This was a purchase for my daughter for Christmas. Very disappointed to say the least and glad to leave a negative review after seeing all these responses. I hope to prevent another negative customer experience. I will not make a purchase or recommend this company to anyone.

    We are so sorry!  I looked into your order and see that there was a problem with the shipping address.  The address validator shows that no deliveries can made to the address provided.

    It appears we reached out to you 3 times in an attempt to get an updated address.  When we did not hear back from you, the order was placed on hold pending your feedback.

    We have no emails nor phone calls from you.  Could you please provide us with a way to reach you?  The contact information on the order is not allowing us to get in contact with you.

    We are sorry the item has been delayed.  We just need a valid shipping address to get the sculpture shipped to you.

    I really love all that wildlife wonders offers on their site! I ordered quite a few items for a gift for the holidays and am thrilled with the quality. I had a minor issue and customer service was fast and diligent about correcting the order. I love this site! Amazing high quality items on this site. ******* customer service.     Non-responsive. Ordered on 11/23. Other than an email acknowledging the order, nothing has shipped yet. Tried emailing and calling once each. Crickets. Absence of any customer service is concerning. Will give it another few days then go thru **** fraud.

    I placed an order for a ***** Hummingbird teapot on 9/4/24. My credit was charged though I never received a confirmation email. After calling Wildlife Wonders a couple of weeks later I spoke to someone who told me that *** had held the delivery because my address couldnt be verified. I found this odd since I receive deliveries via *** and ***** quite often with no issues. I verified the address and was told that they would communicate this to **** Another month goes by with no delivery. When I called and left a message the return call I got explained that the item was held up in customs and I would receive tracking information as soon as it cleared. I at least got an order # for my order on this call as I had still never received a confirmation email. As of today I still have no further communication, no order delivered and have left two messages in the past two days and emailed them to explain that I wish to cancel the order and will be contacting AMEX if I do not receive a reply to my request. What company charges your credit card without shipping your order?

    We are so sorry.  As you know, *** attempted delivery on your order.   They stated they were unable to deliver to the address provided on the order.  We did confirm this address with you.  Both *** and **** address validators are stating that there is a problem with the address.

    Per your request, we have canceled the order.  It has been fully refunded.  We are so sorry *** refused to deliver to your address.  We have honestly never seen anything like this issue with ***.  

    The address validator states that the street on your order does not exist.  We tried to get this item to you via *** but were unable to get it delivered.  We are so sorry *** returned it as undeliverable.

    Again, you have been refunded.  If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to reach out to us.

    Thanks for the refund, however it shouldn't have taken me outing you on BBB to respond. And as for your comments above, you clearly didn't fully read my initial statement. As with any business that fulfills orders, if there is an issue with delivery you communicate with the customer about that. I would suggest your company clean up its act, or close up shop.

    Wish I could give them a zero. I ordered a spaniel wine pourer from them and they sent a ******** pourer instead. I sent the photo proof and they tried to gaslight me, outright told me I was wrong and that I couldn't tell the difference, even though the box was even labeled as 'labrador'. They sent me a photo as proof of what they sent me saying it was the spaniel pourer... it was a photo of the labrador, proving they sent me the wrong item. When I pointed this out to them they continued to gaslight me and tell me I was wrong.This was also after 5 unanswered emails to their customer support and they refused to pay for shipping for me to return the ******* not order from Wildlife Wonders. Find the item you want and order it straight from the manufacturer or brand instead.I have photo proof that they refused to even look at or recognize.

    This person attempted to commit fraud against our company and was caught in the lie.  When confronted with the lies she sent us via email and that she stated over the phone, she was forced to admit that she was lying. She attempted to get monetary benefit from her lies and was forced to admit (on recording) that she was lying.  We have written and recorded call proof that this customer attempted to commit fraud against our company.

    This customer ordered a spaniel wine pourer.  She was sent a spaniel wine pourer with the label stating it was a Spaniel.  She provided pictures to showing that the label showed it was a Spaniel.  She claimed that the item was not a spaniel and that it was a lab wine pourer.

    As the picture she provided appeared to be a spaniel, we pulled another spaniel wine pourer from our inventory and sent her a picture.  She responded that she had purchased a spaniel wine pourer directly from the artist that makes them.  She provided us with a picture of the one that she said she purchased directly from the artist.  In the email, she specifically stated that the picture was the spaniel wine pourer purchased directly and that we had sent her the wrong pourer.

    She then immediately called and made demands based on her insistence that we sent her the wrong item.  We were of course very concerned as we never want to send out the wrong product.  So, while she was on the phone, we called the artist and provided the picture the customer sent us.  The artist immediately stated that the one that was purchased directly from her was the beagle.  The customer did NOT purchase a spaniel directly from the artist.  She purchased a beagle.

    As the customer was on the other line, we told her the artist was stating that the picture was of a beagle.  She admitted that she had lied and that the one she purchased was a beagle.  She attempted to misrepresent the beagle as a spaniel in order to gain monetary benefit from Wildlife Wonders.

    What is crazy about this situation is that we had already provided this woman with a return authorization.  She lied in an attempt to gain monetary benefit and was caught in this lie.  As a result, she decided to defame us on social media.

    This young woman is now mocking the fact that we have requested our corporate counsel get involved.  It is unfortunate, but due to the number of people that completely lie on social media forums these days, we have to legally combat this defamation.

    There is absolutely no question that this woman lied in an attempt to gain monetary benefit.  It is in writing via the emails she sent us.  This is not a he said/she said.  She attempted to commit fraud and was caught.

    Unfortunately, we had to engage our corporate counsel to pursue the defamatory reviews this customer has left.  We will no longer allow people to blatantly lie on social media forums.  Free speech allows you to post whatever you wish, it does not shield you from the consequences of blatantly lying on social media.

    Will not return phone calls of emails. Paid extra for quick shipping, arrived late! Item is the wrong item. Will not reply to me. This is my last step before I file charges.Had I seen the reviews I would have never purchased from this new store.

    How long does it take to get a refund or the correct item? Its been 4.5 weeks and still no refund, no item and no tracking number. You do not answer your business phone yet you continue to seek to unsuspecting buyers.
