About 20 minutes ago I was treated unfairly by your older female register assistant at register 5. Its 8/6/2021 and my receipt states 5:29pm. I was in line 2 and the employee at the register asked the older woman who was checking out if she had an Amazon prime account and she said yes. He immediately clicked the courtesy button for her - asking for no information. I moved from line 2 to line 5 as I was in a rush and nobody was hustling! When i was asked if I had a prime account and said yes and provided the associated phone number, she said I was going to have to download an app and link my account. I was in a rush which is why I switched to her line to begin with! She ended up being even slower than line 2 though! I told her I felt it was unfair that the employee running line 2 just gave it to an older woman but wouldnt give it to me, probably because Im a young blonde girl who she just didnt want to help. She didnt care and rang me up at full price. Horrible customer service!Business response

I purchased the 365 Grated Parmesan Cheese sometimes in July 2021 the parmesan cheese is SPOILED an off odor and green mold its bad, and the date in the label best by 09/09/21, I found the quality was disappointing.I dont have the receipt, I went to the store on ********************************************************************, the supervisor Desjaneed refused to accept the 365 Grated Parmesan Cheese without a receipt.Business response

Was over charged on a vacuum package of ground beef on 07/26/21. Charged $5.99 on $4.99 product. I called customer service manager about problem immediately. Manager was nice and promised compensation but did not give instructions as to how to redeem. On 07/31/21, I returned to the store and purchased another package of the same product and was again overcharged.Business response

We have forwarded this information (including the receipt) to the store leadership team so they can investigate and reach out to the customer. The global office is unable to issue refunds to EBT/SNAP cards, so the store will follow their local process to ensure proper compensation is credited to the customer.Customer response

Better Business Bureau:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ********, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me.No one from the store reached out to me to settle this complaint. However, after I was overcharged yet again I did seek out a manager that did actually rectify the situation.
