Found substantiated the advertised claims by providing BBB with the referenced articles with the advertised publisher.
BBB also requested Found Health, Inc. to substantiate their medical providers and US-licensed and collaborate with Found. Found provided substantiation in the form of approved professionals along with credentials.
BBB also requested Found Health, Inc. to disclose the connection between testimonials provided and substantiate the expected results from testimonials regarding the average weight loss from users. Found modified their website disclosing the connection between the testimonials provided and Found Health, Inc. and provided substantiation by submitting user data outlining percentage and difference in pounds from weight loss.
