      On March 26th, I joined Found and met with their provider, who prescribed a GLP1 medication for weight loss. I paid the $189 for the medication and was told that this would be prepped and shipped to me within a few days (***** hours). 2 weeks went by with no shipment, no updates, so I reached out and was told that there was a pharmacy backlog... but they were processing and I should receive my medication shortly...Another week went by and nothing. I reached out again, and same updates... Then I received notification that they needed to change the dosing vial of the medication and that they sent the script back to the provider to have it changed and once that was completed, a new script written, then the medication would ship. I received notification that the script was written, but 2 weeks later, I still do not have the medication that I have paid for. I keep asking for updates only to get the SAME response... and now, they are not responding. And I am seeing that I am not the only one in this sinking ship. I have sent emails and requested updates on their APP, but I have not gotten any updates and now I cannot even see that I have medications pending on my "dashboard". I am feeling "scammed". And now, it is time to pay the "monthly" membership fees of $39 for a service that I am not even receiving.... and I cannot get anyone to talk to me... update me... or discuss the possibility of cancelling and refunding this service... I would like the medication I paid for, or a COMPLETE refund of all monies paid for this.

      Warning Warning Warning ! Found Weight Loss Program is a scam and they over charge for their services. Their Company uses Fraudulent business practices and when they cancel your membership without your consent they keep your money even though they never gave you the product you paid for for weight loss.There physicians are not real Doctors and the doctor I was assigned to almost killed me with prescribing the wrong medication, which i have stage 2 Parkinsons disease and there company new this when I filled out all the required paperwork and submitted my blood work ! There Doctor prescribed medication that would have sped up my Parkinsons disease and could have killed me yet Found Company representatives say they use real Doctors who are specialists in weight loss medicine.. well let me tell you if you value your health do not use this company for your weight loss treatment! There doctor almost killed me per my neurologist had I not checked with my Regular PCP Neurologist ! This company also canceled my membership yet kept the ****** dollars for a one year membership.. I will be filing medical malpractice and filing a complaint with the Nevada State ************************* and *********************** about Founds business practices!Date of experience: April 21, 2025

      I was billed for compounded GLP1 medication that I never received. I was charged a membership fee when for services when they failed to provide medication. I have been told they will not refund the membership fee because I didnt cancel before 30 days. However I attempted to reach their customer service multiple times prior to being billed. They falsely stated my medication would be shipped multiple times. I disputed the charge with my credit card company and I do not want them to resubmit the charge.

      I paid for medical weight loss services/membership at Found. After a very brief virtual consult, I was prescribed a compounded injectable semiglutide medication that just so happened to be out of stock. The doctor did not mention this, he simply said the medication would ship the following week. Once I was able to access the user community forums, it became clear that even existing members were unable to get their medications refilled due to significant delays with the pharmacy. Found customer service appears to be giving everyone the same update: next week it will ship! Or we have a different vial size that is in stock and it will ship next week! Ive asked to cancel my membership but theyve stopped responding. This is a bait and switch scam. If they cant provide medication, they should not accept new members OR be VERY transparent about their ongoing medication delays and supply issues.

      Although they claim to have cancelled my membership, my card on file was just charged again without notice. I made it clear that I was no longer going to use the service or any medication they sent. I find it odd that a medication previously unavailable with no timeline for restock was suddenly shipped out once I asked to cancel my membership.

      They were having supplier issues but suddenly produced a shipment seemingly out of nowhere. No thanks. I bet theyre still accepting new members and making them wait weeks for medication.

      At this point, I would only consider the matter resolved if they reversed the most recent unauthorized charge. My membership is cancelled, yet they kept my card information on file? This is unacceptable!

      Absolutely horrible. It took 2 months for my provider to actually pay attention to my request to change medication. I was charged for the current medication but a day or two later my doctor DID change my medication to the one I requested and I was charged again. I asked for a refund on the first charge since that medication was canceled. However, the support staff took it upon themselves to cancel my new medication (without dr ********* and is instead sending me my old medication yet again. This is not only fraudulent, it's extremely dangerous for patients.

      On 3/28/25 I joined Found and met with a care provider, I was charged the monthly fee of $39.00 and they billed my insurance and charged me a co-pay of $20.00. Upon a very brief visit with the care provider I was prescribed medication and told I would receive in about a week. They was on 3/28/2025. I have been in contact with customer care because ********************** charged my card $189 for the medication and it is now 4/10 and medication has still not shipped. ************* states they are having problems shipping out medication and working with their pharmacies. They offered me a $50 credit, and they would expedite my order. A few days later still nothing, so I went to their main website where it states that medication is in stock and they are signing up new patients. Upon messaging customer care again asking for a better timeline I was given the same cookie cutter response as all the responses I have received from the company. I have requested a full refund and cancel of my prescription. $39.00+$20.00+$189.00-$50.00(credit)=$198 owed to me. The company has failed to respond to my request for a refund. This company should not be taking money from people if they do not have the product to sell and claim that it is in stock. That is false advertising.

      I joined Found several months ago and was started on a GLP1. The last refill was ordered 3/28 and I was charged $189 for the medication. It specifically states the medication will ship ***** hours after ordered. I have gone down every avenue to speak to someone to resolve the issue which is give a refund or send the medication which my next dose is due tomorrow. I have received no help with the matter. Multiple people with the same issues are reporting on their site. This is fraud and theft on the companies part. Now under my account my order has completely disappeared.

      On 01/16/2025, Found Health submitted a bill to my medical insurance for $335.00. The insurance paid Found Health $223.77, leaving a remaining balance of $111.23. On 01/31/2025, I received a bill for $111.23, and I paid this bill on 02/01/2025, Invoice number ******. On 02/01/2025, I discovered that Health Health charged my credit card for $222.46. On ********, I was chatting with their customer care team about another issue, so I informed them of the duplicate charges. The customer care team did not respond, so I then sent an email that included proof of duplicate charges and the bill. On ********, I received a response that the ****** is correct because that is what I was invoiced. This is not correct, as the *** ******, which was paid, is only for $111.23. This company is refusing to pay monies that they took in error. I have tried to resolve it with the company. However, they are unwilling to review the information submitted thoroughly. I will contact my bank to see what the next steps are.

      This has been an ongoing issue for most of this year. I have used this company for years and with good success thru their medication program. However I could not afford the expensive monthly membership fee, and since I had medical insurance I decided to leave. To rejoin the program has been a nightmare. I've gained weight back and want to rejoin the program, especially because they now accept my medical insurance. They claim that based on my weight in July, I'm not allowed to resign up for their service now. However, this is new. For months the previous customer service I got was someone assuring me I can rejoin if I follow a link they send. Month after month I have tried back and forth with one customer service person or another, promised I *** rejoin. Yesterday I reached out again and was told sorry, your weight back in July disqualifies you. This makes no sense. And due to the number of customer service people who have given me the runaround for months, I need someone to ACTUALLY listen to me and resolve this issue.
