      I paid for a home ************* for a cleaner to come and clean my home on 2 June. I waited all day and no one showed up. It was rescheduled for 9 June once again I waited and no one showed up at this point home a glow has just taken my money And nobody is coming to clean and no one is calling me. Ive emailed multiple times have requested someone to call me and no one has called me. Im not even receiving email messages back and I just feel like Ive been ripped off. I dont know what is going on and this is so disappointing so disheartening.

      I ordered a one time only cleaning which turned into a nightmare. We were satisfied with the cleaning but prepaid for 4 hours as that was the minimum. It only took 2.5 hours. You can call and speak to sales but you can never talk to support. The issued a cleaning voucher for 1.5 hours.. Which we will not use and NEVER use Homeaglow again. We did not join anything or disclose any ****** information and a $19 monthly charge magically appeared after the cleaning. They have claimed they will refund us the $19. My personal credit card information was stored into an account we NEVER opened. I have been emailing the help desk for resolution.. only to get no resolution Do not use Homeaglow. I left a one star rating that was the lowest and a value is required. I can be reached at ************

      On May 6, I wasnt happy with the service coz theres a language barrier with the cleaning lady who doesnt understand English & had a hard time explaining what I want & the cleaning is not what I expected after . I tried to cancel and asking me to pay $180 for doing so. It automatically charged me a monthly fee & got charged again this June. I want a refund even at least with this June charge. Pls. I want to cancel this membership .

      Pricing is Not as advertised, and cancelling is very difficult,Even when you think you've cancelled, they keep scheduling appointments... Ugh... Block them & cancel your card...

      The cleaner was good but Co did not tell what I requested to be done. Didn't put things back in bathroom wash windows while open. The CO tried to add more expense when I said no Thank You

      False advertising, terrible service. My request was for my floors to be cleaned and they were left filthy. Not only was I charged the cleaning service, I was also charged for an early cancellation fee for a 6-month membership that I did not want. This business should be closed.

      Not only did the cleaner, ******* *. come completely high to the cleaning appointment, smelling like weed, but she and some man came into the apartment building after the service and stole a handful of packages. Nobody has gotten back to me from support to escalate this situation and we have had to escalate this to law enforcement. When you call the customer support phone number nobody picks up and there is no option to leave a voicemail.

      It's mediocre as a service and cleaners are inconsistent. You get locked in for 6 months as soon as you sign up. The real kicker, though, is that they harass you with calls from various numbers, multiple times a day, as soon as you discontinue the subscription. I'm not sure how this has ever proven effective.

      The biggest mistake, weird charges! I never got a $30 clean even the housekeeper i was working with said she heard nothing but bad things! Run away!

      Very deceptive practices. I had the $19.99 cleaning and it cost me $250. I tried dealing with customer service, but they were no help. They are a total scam. I would not recommend them to anyone.
