  HOMEAGLOW isn't even worth one star!! I first spoke with someone out on the west coast to arrange for a local home cleaning. We scheduled the appt. for 5/22/25 for 9 am for a 6 hour cleaning for a small mobile home. (3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, small kitchen and den area) On the day of the appt. two ladies came. First of all, they arrived late, arriving at 10:30! One lady didn't speak any english and the other one came inside to do a tour of our house. The second ***** (who wasn't even the cleaner listed and signed up to do the cleaning according to the contact email that I received) came in the house and walked through and then LEFT! NO CLEANING was even done!! They didn't say a word they just left. I have made numerous attempts to contact my original source, been all over the HOMEAGLOW help page, support center, you name it. Nobody that I can find a number for will return my calls! This is the BIGGEST SCAM!! Then they wanted to charge $187.00 for canceling the 6 month "subscribtion". I have followed all the directions that they have asked for to discontinue this service. Luckily the bank even denied the charge, citing fraud. Unfortunately, like other that I see, listed here, I should have done more thorough research!! I've learned my ****** and I am only contacting LOCAL cleaning services, and those with a accredited credit rating through the BBB!!! BEWARE of HOMEAGLOW!!

  They never have cleaners available for your specified dates and times. They will reschedule, cancel and skip you without consent or agreement. They will charge you even when they don't show up. They'll offer/promise you discounts and vouchers and then not credit them onto your account. They send people to your house who bring other people with them who you know nothing about and didn't consent to. They lie constantly and use legalese to try and placate you.Cleaners don't show up So much more.... it's a real c*** site and show.

  I do NOT recommend Homeaglow. Their ad for $19 first cleaning is deceptive. For my 3/2 home, 1600 sq (which is pretty standard, they charged $39 and only completed half the house in 4 hours! I was initially told if I cancelled before the 6-month membership was up ($50/month) I would be charged $173. When I requested cancellation because they couldnt finish my house I. The allotted time, they charged me $221! You have to give them your credit card info for the monthly fee so they can take whatever cancellation fee they want. I complained but they wouldnt budge. And try getting ahold of someone to talk to. NO WAY. Everything is done by text or email.

  THE CLEANER CALLED AND CHANGED THE DATE - SAID HER CAR WAS NOT WORKING. SHE DID ARRIVE WHEN SHE SAID SHE WOULD BUT CAME WITHOUT A VACCUM CLEANER SAID SHE THOUGHT SHE COULD USE MINE. TOLD HER THE REASON WAS WANTING HER WAS BECAUSE MINE WAS BROKEN. SHE SAID SHE WOULD 'SWEEP' THE CARPETS BUT ;EFT WITHOUGT DOING SO.I TOLD THE COMPANY THAT I WANTED TO CANCEL ANY ADDITIONAL CLEANINGS. WAS TOLD BY *** THAT SHE WOUD CANCEL AND I WOULD HAVE NO ADDITIONAL CHARGES.SINCE THAT EMAIL I HAVE HAD TWO ADDITIONAL $49 CHARGES AND HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT THEIR CONTRACTY SAYS THEY ARE ENTITLED TO THIS MONEY. I HAVE HAD TO CANCEL MY ACCOUNTY AND WILL HAVE TO NOTIFY OTHERS OF MY NEW ACCOUNT INFORMATION,I STRONGLY RECOMMEND YOU DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNLESS YOU GO INTO DETAIL WITH THE PERSON YOU SPEAK WITH ABOUT THEIR SERVICE.

  they do sweet talk and give offer cant resist to join, like 3 hours of cleaning for 19 USD and mis guide you in joining their membership program, they say trial membership.. but its not trial membership..Homeaglow has your credit card information , and even when you dont want to pursue their membership.. they will put ***** monthly membership fees.. plus cleaning fees, plus priority fees for 3 days in advance booking plus processing ******** if you want to cancel this.. here is what they say:..The early termination fee is $******. This is the difference between your 1st cleaning's full price without your ForeverClean discount, $173.25 (($25.00 cleaner + $30.00 platform)/hr x 3 hrs + 5% transaction fee), and your voucher-discounted price, $19.00.i already paid, 49+19 USD for 1 service but they want to charge me again of ******; not adjusting 49$, making it like a h*** stuck in a deal.. you cant move out..dont buy homeaglow.. its totally fraud setup

  ****. They charged ONE HUNDRED AND EIGHTY THREE DOLLARS to cancel after one cleaning which they already charged me EIGHTY DOLLARS for one 3 hour cleaning. My cleaning lady was great but ***** ****** what a rip off. Please help them NOT take advantage of anyone else in the future.

  I wish I had looked at the reviews before I booked with them. I booked a 3 hour clean for the $19 rate. The cleaner was here for 3 hours and I got home and it looked like she did nothing. She moved some of my stuff to make it look like she cleaned. Then I saw that I was charged $50 dollars for the forever clean that I know I didnt sign up for. I reached out to them and they just said some ******** about how I knew I signed up for it and to cancel would be more money! I am so frustrated about this and dont want anyone else to fall into the trap!

  The cleaner was awesome but Homeaglow told me the cost would be ***** so I felt bad for ****** cleaner and gave her a ***** tip and then Homeaglow took another ***** and 2.85 I ended up pay ****** you need to tell the customer what the cost is up front I liked the cleaner but not the company!!!!

  I used the service. I later noticed - I was charged $49.99. This is what the rep ********** is **** from Homeaglow.I understand that you have concerns regarding the charges to your account. Upon checking on your account, the $49 charge was a pre-authorization on your card. This is simply your bank verifying funds are available for your April 17, 2025 appointment. This typically happens when your booked appointment is longer than your purchased voucher. No money has been debited from your ************************* are automatically removed within 7 days."LIES. They enrolled me into a six-month membership. Imagine I tell you I'm going to detail your car - just sign here. But I put in bold print you are signing up for my special membership for $49.99 without mentioning the price anywhere. They then send me a personalized PDF of how it is "ethical" what they are doing. Literally step by step they have text pasted onto PDF's trying to logically excuse their predatory tactic. These people should be put into a cell.
