    A scam of a company that will NOT stop calling you no matter what you say. Decline or agree to receive a quote.. doesn't matter. They won't quit.

    360Connect is not the company that calls or emails you excessively. 360Connect sells your information to third parties. 360Connect is a free service that connects you with businesses that offer the products or services you need. When you fill out a quote request form, your information is shared with those businesses, who will then contact you directly to provide you with a quote.

    The first caller wanted to send me an email quote and was very persistant that when his boss calls to ask if he's done his job, I must ONLY say YES. He repeated that so many times I can only assume the YES he wanted me to say would be recorded as a purchase. Just a reminder everyone, it's a good habit to say anything but yes when being spammed by one of these callers. First call was from a 917 area code. Call from "Boss" minutes later was from *********** with a local area code matching mine.

    WON'T STOP CALLING ME DAY OR NIGHT! I've let them know i'm not interested, to never call again, I will never accept their "quick email". If you have my phone number and company why the h*** are you calling me? You probably have my email, send them so I can just block it in my email filters.

    Terrible "big business" mentality, complete disregard for the small companies they market themselves to "serve". They promised us a certain quality of leads, and said they'd work with us on getting the leads right. June leads were terrible and we wanted them to get us better leads as promised. They'd been drawing money automatically, so we didn't think we were skipping out on the ****. We had an HONEST mistake with a mail server (which we sent an apology letter to ALL our clients for...) and so 360Connect was only using that email to try to reach us. They were using a phone number that was out of service. The phone number on the WEBSITE would have reached us... they could have used our "contact us" form on our website as well. NOPE. Mid-August and they'd already sent us to collections for $19,000+ for "breach of contract" and no no one at the company will talk to us to resolve this peacefully. We wanted to continue to do business with them, but they won't talk with us and only refer us to their collection agent. TERRIBLE way to treat the companies they promised to help. If I could give fewer than 1 star I would.
