    Do not use Everlywell!!!! I cannot stress this enough. I never leave reviews like this, but it shows just how terrible they are. I did a weight loss consult, thinking that after the education I received from the lady I spoke to about *******, I didnt have to follow through with the use of Everlywell. I decided ******* was not right for me. I paid $49 for the initial consult, then a month later was charged $139 for something. I emailed the company to see what this charge was for. I spoke to a lady who said she wasnt sure she couldnt see the charge. She then referred me to their other service that deals with the charges called Open Loop. They were also unable to find the charge. I called and emailed about once a month since last summer. I just finally got a response a few days ago, saying it was a membership charge, that I was not aware of, and they just sent me the policies and blamed it on me not being aware of the monthly charge. This place is a complete scam, stealing money from me and I assume others, for services they do not use. A company that values their customers and customer care, would apologize for almost a year of no answers, and the charge to my card with no explanation for all this time, and provide me with the refund I deserve after all this time. I just cant stress this enough, do not do not do not use this company.

    We also want to note that the initial difficulty locating the charge was due to a currency differenceyour communications referenced the amount in CAD, while our system processes and records charges in USD. This contributed to some confusion during earlier support interactions, and we appreciate your patience as we worked to fully clarify the situation.


    This charge was also formally reviewed through your banks dispute process, and the outcome was decided in Everlywells favor.

    I dont know how they got my name. I never ordered anything from them. I received a test tor A1c and a stool sample kit. The A1c results came back with a score of 5.4 normal and the stool sample came back normal. A couple of months later my doctor ordered blood tests from ********* my A1 c returned a score of 5.7 pre diabetes. I havent done a stool sample. This company is dangerous If I hadnt had a second test by a reputable company I would have assumed that their analysis was correct. This could have led to possible diabetes down the road if I had gone by their test results and had not been monitoring my pre diabetes. I dont know anything about Everlywell and I would not recommend anyone to use this company.

    Like others here my experience has been extemely disappointing. I paid nearly $300 with shipping for their female panel. My wife is disabled and in chronic pain, it's hard to do anything, so the test kit for a long time and expired. I contacted them and asked if they would send a new test kit, i offered to pay the cost of the kit and shipping and their abysmal response was sorry we can't do anything for you, throw the kit away, oh and heres a measly 15% off. Its important to note the test kit is a very small portion of what you're paying for, you're actually paying for the test to be analyzed, so they should have no problem sending a new kit. The fact they refuse shows they are greedy and don't really care about their customers. I couldn't trust the results of any of their tests knowing what i know now. I told them to keep the money, they obviously need it more than me and like i said i wouldn't trust the results anyway. There's lots of other really great companies that don't treat their customers like this. Check out the Dutch test, they are an incredible company and don't operate like this greedy bunch

    Horrible experience and the business has no desire to make it right. We bought two kits and shipped them back. They completely lost one of our samples and when we asked for a refund, they held back $15 for processing fees. It was their error and should be their problem. Ive never seen a company so determined to burn a bridge with a customer. Will avoid them at all costs in the future and warn everyone else to think twice.

    We partner with dependable carriers who routinely ship samples for labs and clinical practices. That said, shipping issues can occasionally occur with any carrier. While the shipping process is managed independently by the carrier, making lost packages outside of our direct control, we fully understand how disappointing these experiences can be.

    In cases like this, were always happy to offer a courtesy replacement kitcompletely free of chargeto ensure you can still collect and send in a new sample. If a replacement kit is not the preferred solution, our policy allows for a refund less $15 for shipping and handling costs, as was issued on 01/15/25.

    Theyve had my results for weeks and still refuse to release them even though Ive emailed them numerous times. This is also a redo test since they denied my first sample with absolutely no reasoning. ******** customer service

    This company continues to call and harass me even though I have called them and asked them to put me on the do not call list. Once when I talk to one of their representatives they wanted my name and personal info even though I only wanted them to stop calling me. I refuse to give him any information other than my phone number and they hung up on me. This is a terrible business and a terrible way to do business.

Please be advised that we (Everlywell) have teamed up with different health insurance providers to proactively send at-home medical screening tests to members at no added cost. The health insurance providers decide which of their members receive these kits based on medical history and prior screenings, but it is a completely voluntary program.

    If you do not wish to use your provider-issued test kit, you are welcome to dispose of it at your convenience. 

    We'd be more than glad to opt you out of the program and out of future phone contact. In order to ensure we opt out the correct member, we will need to confirm several identifying details.     I looked into my *** account today wondering why a doctors office charge was denied and realized Id been wiped out of my balance due to 3 Everlywell charges of $139 over the past 4 months, plus a charge of $39. I was thinking of doing their weight loss plan and decided against it due to health scares using the product. I had canceled the appointment and they were charging me without my knowledge. I never received emails from them about an impending charge ever. This is a rip off of close to $450!! Id like that amount refunded to my HSA immediately. I have emailed them and am waiting for a reply.

    ************ is a monthly membership that requires a minimum 3-month commitment. Our records show that you signed up for ************ on June 26, 2024. Email confirmations were sent on the 26th of each monthJune, July, August, and Septemberconfirming your monthly renewal for the program and detailing the $139 charge.

    We understand your frustration, and were sorry to hear you didnt utilize the membership services during your enrollment. However, our records indicate that we did not receive a cancellation request for your membership until December 2nd. Please note that canceling an appointment is not equivalent to canceling a membership. As outlined in our cancellation policy, membership cancellations must be submitted directly to our team via email at ************************************************************.

I received no email notifications from you to warn me you are taking money from my account. That would have been very business like. I will never give your company a good review.

    This company does not take phone calls and their is not way to communicate with them. I have sent 2 emails regarding a test they received Oct 30th and I still have not received any results for. I have left my email and phone # and have asked for some to contact me...no call, no emails, no way to contact them and when you do call, voicemail says in a business meeting and if you call it is an AI answering machine that just says hello.THIS was a good company and NOW I am very concerned and would still like a response and awaiting test results.***** *********

    I ordered one test on 6/10/24. I completed the promptly and sent it back. Got my results which showed nothing I was affected by. I never signed up for the membership as I feel they sneak in those check marks without the customers knowlwdge. It was just brought to my attention they have been billing $39.99 every month since. I called them to ask for a refund and they told me the would cancel my membership but I had to us the credit by Nov 6. I WANT MY MONEY BACK not a credit

An email confirmation and monthly notifications about your membership and newly issued credits were delivered to the email address on file.

    We did not receive a request to cancel until 10/29/24. Per our policy, we are unable to issue refunds for unused credits after a membership cancelation. However, your credits will remain available for use until 11/06/24. Simply log into your Everlywell account and click "Redeem your Everlywell+ Membership credits."

    We ordered several kits from everlywell, and as a gift my wife purchased the food allergy test, realizing what I needed was the sensitivity test. We did not open the kit and contacted everlywell about the mistake, offering to pay the extra difference for the test we needed as an exchange. Offering zero resolution, they just rudely mentioned there is zero refund. We are now out 100 dollars with no attempt of them providing a solution. Disappointing after spending hundreds of dollars on several tests.
