              I have requested on multiple occasions for Natera to submit a prior authorization per my insurance. They submitted it 1 time incorrectly and were notified to resubmit with the correct codes. In the meantime they forced me to pay $250 on the basis that my insurance will probably not approve this and if they dont hear back about them paying then I would be replicable for the full amount. The service was done on 4/29/24 I paid them on 5/3/24 after not hearing anything back. To date they still have not resubmitted anything. My insurance has tried several times to contact them with no resolution. The contact for Natera I was given is *************************** by my doctors office which has also tried to help. ***** continuously blows me off and lies about where they are at in the process.

              FRAUD!Quote you $249 but billed my insurance almost $16,000 and are now trying to pin it on me! Company is based in another country, billing **** is unhelpful and rude. Pretty sure they have a class action lawsuit!
