    Absolutely the worst shipping policy EVER! They give your order to ***. They give it to an absolutely WORTHLESS subsidiary of the parent company. From there, you are screwed. I have had two EIGHT PLUS DAY deliveries from ****** to my house. I physically live 1-1/2 hours from ******. I AM DONE WITH PARTS TREE!

    if a part is unavailable, you should say so on your site. I would have bought from someone else. says 6 to 12 day delivery. I ordered 5/29. got e-mail on 6/6 that part is back ordered from manufacturer and will be here someday. **************** verified this. I mow 6 acres every week. I figured on 6 to 12 day delivery like they say. now It will cost me hundreds to get this **** hogged while I wait for a part I paid for and did not get and may be weeks more before I get it? does this sound like good business to anyone?

    How does a company justify selling me an item, putting a hold on my card then instead of a shipping confirmation, sending an email from ******* saying "its gonna be an additional $50 for shipping because the item is bigger than we thought"? You don't know the size of the items you are selling? That's some BS.

    After purchasing parts for my lawnmower, and getting the ************ and shipping. The company reached out to me and said that the shipping is now 300 dollars more, this company is nothing more than a scam and should be ashamed of themselves for stating an additional cost after already agreeing to the original price and shipping.

    Dear ****,When I opened your shipment to install the ***************** ENGINE, **** GROSS HP, that I ordered, I confirmed that you sent me a **** HP ****** and ******** engine which, by the way, was built almost 18 YEARS AGO on 12/13/2005. In fact, ****** and ******** no longer manufactures this engine and hasn't for years. Apparently, you've had this item sitting in your warehouse for close to 18 YEARS and decided to dump it on me. I should have realized this when the box arrived, as it looks like it's more than 18 years old.Frankly, to me, it looks like I've been scammed. In reviewing the legal aspects of this, I believe what you have done may be considered fraud, especially since no one has responded to my phone calls and most recent email. And, since it is an interstate transaction, I believe there is a federal aspect involved. All that I want is for you to make good my purchase of the ***************** ENGINE and pick up your 18-YEAR-OLD ****** and ******** engine via a Linehaul with return.If you really provide "EXCEPTIONAL SERVICE", as you claim in your advertising, and you are professional enough to make good my ORIGINAL ORDER I will be more than happy to rescind this rating, not go to Yelp and other rating services, and take no further actions.I would appreciate hearing from you at your earliest convenience.Sincerely,*************************

    If this place is related to partstree.com it is a joke. I've ordered a new carburetor twice from them both time their website says it's in stock but after a week and a half they send a email saying it's out of stock with no restock date. Never doing business with them again.

    I own a small engine shop. PartsTree is my go to on hard to find parts. They ship quickly and have fair prices.
