1 starFurnished Finder site is not easy to use and they have an issue with messages from clients trying to scam you. Their customer service is terrible. They charge you when you send emails to cancel your account profile, because you are unable to do that online. Then they charge you anyway and won't credit you even if you cancel prior to the charges.Review fromCarla N

1 starI have been using Furnished Finder as a landlord. There are many fees involved as you pay for an additional subscription for leases and background checks. The annual fee of $149 simply allows you to post your listing and communicate with potential tenants. At the one year ***** I received an email that my subscription had automatically renewed. I was supposed to go into my account and disable auto renew. This was not made clear at all upon initial sign up. I called the day the charge went through and was told that there would be no refund. I have a permanent tenant and have had the listing disabled. Incredibly poor business. I will tell anyone that will listen to NOT use this site. I have been a landlord for 20 years with 3 rental homes and 2 ******'s. Very disappointing.Review fromAlisha M

1 starDon't expect any customer service or solutions to problems without MAJOR headache. Do expect auto-renewal and no refunds if you didn't realize that's the way they operate their business. I've been a customer for 4 years. I have experienced frustrations over the years, but there have been some attempts at keeping me as a customer up until recently. Maybe there's a change in ownership? If you ever have any technology issues, which are common, don't expect any refunds or anything that resembles customer "service." If you read other reviews you'll see that although what you're paying for is a website listing, that may have glitches, and no consequences or accountability on their side to fix or listen to what you bring to them. If they don't see it, they don't believe it. Heck, even if you provide screenshots of issues, it is still your fault somehow and because this is a non refundable service, which you somehow agree to when you sign up in fine print, then you are out the money whether they deliver a product that functions or not. I understand they cannot guarantee success in renting your place, but when leads don't come through, the listing doesn't show up on the map, your ID can't be verified because of their system being THAT glitchy, etc This is what you will likely pay for at some point in your membership, glitches and headaches. I believe I experienced once a year the past 4 years, but it's being handled differently now. No trying to fix it, no refunds, no care. I just purchased 2 listings, one which I haven't even created an ad for yet, and don't even plan to now because it's been such a terrible experience with the first listing. Take your money to one of the many other midterm rental/ travel nurse/sabbatical housing websites. I'm just going to forfeit the money and walk way. At this point I'd rather waste my money than try to go in circles after already so much wasted time trying to explain the tech issues I'm experiencing, to no avail.Review fromLilen M

1 starI used this site two times back in 2020 and 2023 and paid for the service but not for automatic renewal of the subscription. Majority of the time I received maximum junk and spam emails and messages, therefore, I turned off my posting just after a month or two. If I would intended, then I would have updated my credit card information which was exprired. The interface of the webpage was totally changed and the radio button of auto renewal was activated, which I did not want at any cost. They automatically charged to my expired credit card on file. I explained the situation to the representative and asked to cancel but she denied to refund and worse part she also declined to escalate the case to the higher management. For which I had go back and forth to Credit card company and call, message their customer service. Therefore, I am very unsatisfied and would never recommend any one use this site for the service. I feel like they are a very low grade company try to take money form the customer, despite the customer did not want the service.Review fromIngrig S

1 starI had sold my house which I use to rent through **** and Air BNB and also deactivated on Furnished Finder and I was recharged for the yearly fee. I had never actually rented anything through Furnished Finder, and I gladly paid the renewal fee for the first year with no success. Then even with my deactivation, they still decided to move forward with activating for the upcoming year, I spoke to a representative the same day, very appalled by the decision and they found no solution for me and had a " do not care attitude." I am not even going to use this yearly renewal- I do not understand why nor how this is a problem or how I am supposed to use a subscription for a year when the house has been long term rented.Review fromKristie K

1 starThey hide fine print in their system with an auto renew you have to manually turn off. I never received any bookings through their service and had no intention of renewing. I received a text message saying my account had expired and they wanted to get me back up and running. The very next day I was charged a renewal fee. When I asked to cancel and be refunded, they said it's in their contract terms that the account auto renews and they are unwilling to refund or cancel. This is a highly deceptive practice. I do not recommend doing business with companies who are intentionally deceptive.Review fromKerry C

1 starI have had the exact same issues with Furnished Finder that all the other people have had. I deleted my listing, emailed them about wanting to cancel, etc. but they still charged my card. They purposely don't publish a phone number to cancel either just so they can continue to charge property owners with no desire to have their properties in the website. My house isn't even for rent and I am concerned about my safety to have my home on their website. Please beware and stay far away from this company. As a real estate broker I would use Zillow or Facebook Marketplace for free instead.Review fromBogie D

Atrocious company! I first of all had Zero rentals in 3 years despite being one of the most popular listings (all 45 of them) on another platform, a super and plus host there for a decade. Still, I was a good paying customer and held hope annually. However, the app, too, had multiple issues- it wasn't clear for at least a year and half how the app even functioned, which I feel is misguided and misleading. When I no longer had one of my rentals and requested they refund me while the charge was still pending on my amex for the next full year of service I wouldn't need they Declined! How atrocious, unethical and this practice needs to be banned. It's like stealing out of our pockets- no ****** immoral charge. Will not renew ever- whether I get more rentals or not. Scam of a business, your credit information is never deleted from their system even after a request. They make it hard to cancel. Rude customer service. They just want to take your money. Do not to business with Furnished Finder !! Bait and switch company.Furnished Finder, LLC
