I used the moving service on 7/25/2023 from Move and Care LLC to move a few pieces of furnitures. They damaged the wood floor with very deep scratch , large area in the hallway on second floor and a guest bedroom( my house was 3 years old new built, and floor was 3 years old) and the wall. I paid the full moving fee. I only asked them to replace the floor and I will do the wall repair work. It took a few months to negotiate with the manager ***, whose number is ************, who finally agreed to order the wood and replace. In Jan the ***** arrived, and then it took another 3 months for *** to arrange a repair work. Finally on april6, *** and a repair guy came to my house , *** left after showing the repair guy. Then the floor guy left without doing too much. And saying he needs more time to finish, and reschedule. We rescheduled to April 13. The repair person did not show up. I tried to contact ***, he said he cannot reach out the floor person, and he already spent a lot of money. I told him to the moving company need to be responsible for the replacement. I can find someone to replace, but he needs to pay the bills. *** ignored my calls and text messages. I could not get the floor replaced still. and cannot get *** be responsible for this.
