I have been playing the game for many years, recently WG has implemented some moronic system which has a main goal of collecting as much information about their customers as possible, as I have tried to avoid their suggestions , to MERGE my accounts I had seperate emails and passwords , which should have been just fine, starting yesterday they did not allow me to log into my main account, causing me an error code FORCING me to their screwed up system that attempts to merge the accounts, well that page system was not working properly, everyone is complaining about it, I then changed all my passwords and still cannot access my main account, which is assoc with my proton mail acct , at this point I just want all my money back form them and they can keep their game,Business Response

Wargaming support wrongfully banned my account for 9 days. I have proof game video file where it clearly shows that I wasnt intentionally doing anything wrong. *** submitted the ticket asking to review the proof, but Im getting same answer over and over that account will stay banned. The rules of wargaming states that if someone INTENTIONALLY pushing an allied tank, but It wasnt intentional and you can clearly see it on the video recording of the file Ive sent them. Ive spend money for this game and I do not want to have missing time over wrong ban, especially that one day before the ban Ive spend in-game currency that Ive paid real money for, for missions that I will be unable to complete if account stays banned. We have verified the replay that the violation in question happened and have determined that the sanction was placed correctly.
In the first seconds of the battle, your camera is clearly pointing where the light tank is heading, which would be impossible not to see.
Even if we would take lightly to the initial push, continuing the action and pushing the light tank out of the ****, while his outline clearly appeared in your aim confirmed the intention of the violation.
The sanction will remain according to the Game Rule: 4.06. Intentionally exploiting the physics system to damage an allied tank, plane, ship or similar actions. This includes, but is not limited to, pushing an allied tank into line of fire, pushing allied tanks off of cliffs, bridges, into water, etc.

I am rejecting this response because: The push wasn't intended. Yes I did see the light tank and maybe I miscalculated the parking near it,but it was for sure not intentional and as such it wasn't a violation of the rules where it clearly states if it is Intentional than it violates. The light tank was still in the ****, he didn't get damaged at all his game play didn't changed. I disagree with your vision and misjudgment of what happened.

In screenshot 1.jpg, you can clearly see where the light vehicle is going.
In screenshots 2.jpg, and 3.jpg there is a clear outline of the light vehicle right in front of you before you continue moving forward and push him out of position.
Those 3 screenshots were taken using your camera/aim at the specified timeframe in the replay.
Our decision remains that the sanction was correctly placed on your account.

On or about December 18, 2024 Wargaming pushed an update to World of Tanks Blirz that caused an error in their game client and made it impossible to play any of the digital assets associated with my wargaming account. There was a nonsensical error claiming to need 52 MB of memory on a ******** device that has over 20 GB available. This renders valueless $1000s of assets I purchased on the **** platform, purchases that include over $70 in the month of December 2024 alone.Business Response

I really didn't know that someone else logged into my account and used a script to hang up. I don't use these things myself. My account resources are already sufficient and I don't need to use scripts to obtain these resources. However, my account was blocked because someone else logged in and hung up. It was directly blocked permanently. I still have a lot of doubloons that I can't use. I have also spent a lot of money on this game. Recently, I wanted to continue to recharge during the anniversary celebration, but my account was permanently blocked. This is really a big loss for me. I was framed by a villain. At that time, he used a script with my account and was blocked for seven days. He said sorry that he forgot to shut it down. Now the account is directly blocked. Hello,
We have extensively reviewed this account, and have determined that the sanctions were placed correctly. According to our logs, the account was accessed in the same manner as it has been historically. Since we do not see any signs in the logs that an unusual location or computer has accessed the account, we can conclude that the access was not a hack or intrusion of any kind.
Since there is no intrusion/hack to the account, the actions must be attributed to the account owner. When you download and play World of Warships, you must agree to our End User License Agreement, including the Game Rules in order to enter and play the game.

This is for world of tanks by wargaming network.I have played this game for going on 15 years now. first 10 were wonderful and i spent 1000's on game, one day i made a suggestion and had conversation with support and they were very rude and short and next thing i know my accounts physics have changed and its as if my armor is paper and my bullets are rubber! for example my tank has a gun that can penetrate 300mm of armor and the enemy has 170mm of armor. for first ten years their tank would be damaged, but past 4 years it never goes through. this has completely ruined the game and denied me the same services as everyone else. i have contacted them many times over 4 years and the lie to me and give me run around or just dont even acknowledge my complaint. recently they fixed it and it was wonderful for one day and then the physics for my armor was altered so guns that shouldn t hurt me do! I just want equal treatment and the same game play as everyone else but they have singled me out and hacked my account, and its so blatently obvious after playing for 10 years you cant miss the difference! their customer service ***** and i feel as though i may be able to sue for discrimination for depriving me of the same pursuit of happiness as everyone else all because one of the support staff didnt like me and they think its funny to ruin a game and other players get mad cuz it looks like im an idiot with a badass tank not doing anythging so we lose cuz of me but in reality its all because the support staff has altered my accounts game physics to deny me the same game play as everyone else. and this has been 4 years they have mocked me or just close my complaint without even responding. As we have explained many times throughout the tickets you have sent us, please understand that Wargaming never intentionally decreases the vehicles characteristics for a specific player, or handicaps a player's account in some manner. As a business, we truly would have nothing to gain from angering or alienating our customers deliberately in this manner. Our goal is always to provide customers with a good experience, so we do apologize that currently you are unhappy with your play experiences in game.
Our game, along with many others, does have a mechanic known as RNG, or Random Number Generator. You can think of it this way - if you were to fire 10 shots from a rifle, you would not hit the bull's eye 10 times. For even a good marksman under ideal conditions, there is a range of where those 10 shots will hit around the target. In-game, this is represented by different shells, different guns, different tanks have a range of values for the accuracy and penetration of their shots. In game you are able to see those values and their range. Every vehicle will have specifics to the shell they use about damage as well as penetration ranges.Every tank will also have specific accuracy values, which are determined when the vehicles come to a full stop and aims completely. User can improve these values by choosing options in-game, such as Equipment, Crew Skills or Field Modifications. There are no interfaces or support tools within Wargaming that would allow employees to make changes to specific customers accounts in a manner that would affect these things, or your gameplay in any way.
Every player has the same chance of hitting or penetrating shots with the vehicle they use, and the mechanics and RNG are experienced equally by everyone who plays.
