I have had a total of 4 of their products, 3 Thors and 1 Tomo II. All broke. They all stopped functioning properly.I've tried and tried to contact them but they will NOT get back to me. I want replacements sent out (1 Thor and 1 Tomo II) immediately at no charge.They have THE worst customer service in the world. I am so disappointed, angry, in complete disbelief.BBB...please help. I can't tell you how many emails I've sent them....and still nothing.This is completely unacceptable.It's past the loin of ridiculous.I need action taken today!!!!!Initial Complaint

I ordered the product and did not like it they had me on a recurring shipment. I received an email stating that I would be getting another shipment , I emailed them and told them I did not want this and that I canceled months earlier, I attached the email, They charged my account and are not responding to emails and I do not see a phone number on there web site so Ive been unable to get this to cancel, Im a low-income person and this charge is a hardship for me at this time. Company charged $200+ for bands that 1st cost was $169. Cancellation was done with no refund, Items sent was directed back to them. NONE WERE OPENED. Refund of monies on said items. They charged my account with PayPal and tried to get monies back with no response,Initial Complaint

On January 10, 2023, I placed an order with Giddy Cocktails for ******. After three weeks, the order had not arrived and I called and spoke with a woman at length about the product, company, and my purchase. She assured me the purchase would be sent. I placed another order after our call for a new product totaling 153.75.In mid-March, I reached back out to the number I found on the website to inquire about my orders. A man answered the phone and said he was heading into the office and that he would find my order and call me to let me know it had been shipped. Four days later after no return call, I again called the number but this time found it to be unable to accept calls. The email on the website bounced and there is no other method for contact. I even tried to contact the company via Instagram using DM, contact ***************************** thru Venmo ( the payment used to purchase the products), and filed a complaint with Venmo and my bank. I have receipts from Venmo that I have been unable to upload. I can provide these if needed. My computer crashed and I don't have the purchase date. Yesterday I was charged $407 on my account--claiming it was a recurring charge. If I signed-up for recurring it was by mistake. I no longer can use the product and want my account cancelled. The product did not work for me---and I am currently under the care of a Urologist. I want the account cancelled. Giddy is running a subscription scam. When you order the product they hide a subscription order renewal somewhere that isnt obvious. 6 months later they send you a $200 bill for a second device you didnt order and there is no customer service. You either email them or leave a message hoping someone calls you back. A complete scam.
