      I ordered from Giddy ************* ******, **, a **** for ****** and received it. However, about 6 months later, here comes another. I did not order this but it was charged to my Citicard. I don't need 2 of these. I am disputing this charge with my credit co. I see that others have also complained about this company doing the same thing.

      I ordered a product from Giddy (www.getmegiddy.com) about 6 months ago and received the product. It was supposed to be a one time purchase but I received a second one yesterday in the mail. When I checked my credit card there was a charge from Giddy Holdings, *** for $203.51 for this product even though I did not order it. When I called customer service they said I signed up for a subscription service (which I did not) and said they would refund me the money for the product minus the shipping cost of $25. I told them I was not going to be responsible for the $25 because it was their error and that they needed to refund me the full amount. The customer service rep said there was nothing they could do and hung up.

      The customer purchased the device for the subscription plan and price and failed to cancel before the next renewal date. We have a one time purchase price of 238 that requires no subscription. The $25 Dollar fee is issued when we have to ship a product out because we are not able to accept returns. We have since canceled the customers subscription plan and refunded the account in full. Attached are all the locations indicating the subscription before purchase.

      I had been talking with them over email for sometime, telling them that if I didnt receive my referral payments I would be reporting to the BBB because they owed me $125+. After saying it at least three times, and telling them that these were from back in June, they sent me a total of $50 dollars. So I reached back out to ask what happened to the rest of it and they said again that the referral campaign had ended and they wouldnt pay. MY REFERRALS WERE FOR A MONTH BEFORE THEY DECIDED TO END THE ***** AND I HAVE 40 PENDING REFERRALS THAT HAVEN'T BEEN PAID TO ME! I want the money that I deserve from bringing clientele to their website. None of my referrals were fraudulent like others.

      Hello. I joined the referral program with getmegiddy in the last week. They were very communicative of what needed to be done in order to start earning! I signed up completely and have also referred ***************** Today is currently ************ payday! I wrote them twice. The second time I wrote them, I tried to sign into my portal and it keeps saying access denied even tho I was promised payment today. I have all proof needed and also was in communication with them for the whole week. Once I mentioned about payment, they basically never replied back and did something to my account. I would like to see the funds that are owed to me and would like an apology from the company.

      We have been in constant contact with the customer throughout this issue. The last response from ** was yesterday morning, and we did not receive a followup from the customer until 5 hours ago which we have responded to before receiving this BBB notice.

      There is no intentional deception on our part, nor did we deactivate the customers account. We have just been informed that the provider we utilize for referral tracking and payouts had a technical issue that affected accounts and tracking.
      We are tracking referrals and will be paying them out as soon as we hear from the provider that the issue has been resolved.

      Purchased one ***** by Giddy from ******* online Oct 14, 2021. This product did not work for me so I requested a refund through Giddy as stated on their website. Emailing them they told me since it was purchased at *******, they do not offer a refund. ******* does not offer refund either. How could they guarantee this product on their site, which I had seen before my purchase, but not purchased elsewhere? How are consumers supposed to know that?

      We are happy to provide a refund for products purchased from us, since we build that cost into the price of the product sold there. As this purchase was made from a third party vendor (at a discounted price) it is subject to their refund/return policies, which are at that vendors discretion. We still offer a resize program for items purchased from this vendor; however, we do charge a small fee to cover that service.

      If you would like a device fully covered by our return/resize guarantee, you can purchase from us directly in the future.

      I am rejecting this response because:

      I purchased the item from ******* and they won't refund the product.  If Giddy doesn't stand by their product they should not be selling the item with other companies.  I felt fine purchasing the item from ******* because I've seen Giddy's  money back guarantee on their site which I assumed is good on their product wherever you purchase it.  If I purchased a used ***** vehicle (not from the dealer) still under factory warranty, I would expect ***** to fix the problem, same here!

      Like the majority of items purchased at ******** our device is subject to their terms & conditions when the customer purchases from that vendor. The description also states that it is not eligible for resizes/refunds.

      I am rejecting this response because:  If I purchased a HP computer from Wal-mart, I would have the warranty HP is offering.  I don't need to buy it from HP direct!  But Giddy has some other reason for not standing behind their product.
