    Horrible customer service, I asked for a supervisor and was told there wasn't one. Every representative has a supervisor. Not worth the headache.

    These were the best prescription placement in my glasses ever!! They are perfect!! I wear progressive lenses so they have to be perfect. Awesome frames to choose from, fast shipping..cost is beyond amazing!! Super fast shipping too. Won't go any where else from now on...have my sunglasses ordered! Thank you to them!!

    Ordered glasses with progressive lens. Could not see anything clear. Had the lenses tested at my eye doctor and both lenes had at least one part not ground right. Still waiting for my money back.

    They refused to refund my money because they sent my 3 pair of glasses. I paid 210.95. They claimed that they sent my glasses after my 2nd dispute with PayPal credit. This is so crazy. I guess they think I’m walking away from $210.95. I work too hard to allow them to steal from me.

    They are scammers. They messed up my order and are now avoiding my requests for a refund. They don't answer the phone, don't answer in the chat and take their sweet time answering via email.

    Don’t let the stylish and unique frame offerings and low prices get you. Their customer service is some of the worst I have ever received. The chat agent Ada kept sending me information that I was already aware of and was doing absolutely nothing to help move the process along. Being talked to like you don’t comprehend what is going on is extremely offense. I cannot speak to the quality as I haven’t received my order yet but on customer service alone, don’t buy from here. Even if you pay for expedited shipping it takes forever and a day to receive your glasses. Trust the negative reviews and save yourself the hassle. They have an F for a reason.

    Zeelool has stylish frames, quick delivery, and good customer service. My eyeglass order was great, I don't get dizzy wearing them like other progressives I had. I ordered medium instead of wide. After a few hickups, they took care of my refund so I could place another order. Received, can see, so I'm a happy customer for life. They have good discounts too. Thanks so much Zeelool.

    I ordered two pairs of glasses from Zeelool in 2022, and they were well made, and came quickly. I had one pair that was made incorrectly and made me feel dizzy and sick, and they simply asked me to pick another pair and return those. They accepted the returned pair and sent the replacements promptly. I've used those two pairs ever since and have found them to be quite good! I just reordered a new pair in a new prescription, and I hope that things are just as good now, but the reviews here are disappointing. Fingers crossed!

    I think it's a scam. I ordered glasses. Tracking said they were delivered at 9pm by USPS. We never gotten mail after 2pm in the last 15 years from USPS. They also would have arrived 2 weeks earlier then the estimated delivery date. None of it makes sense. Can't reach customer service. I had to dispute the charge through my credit card company.
