    I placed an order after looking at their products. I clicked on the ingredients tab and it showed me a list of what was supposedly in the product. I placed an order and then found their Instagram page where you can see the back of the box. They did NOT list all the ingredients in their product on the sales page. I cant use and have reactions to canola oil, magnesium stearate and natural flavors which is an unknown ingredient. Within 5 minutes of placing my order I knew they had scammed me with lack of full listing of ingredients. Then once you buy it states no cancellations and no refunds are permitted. This isnt right when they did not disclose what their products really contain. Nor should I be charged any kind of fee to cancel this order. Now that I see their terms - after placing my order- the terms are including in the receipt which is just wrong too. I just want the order refunded, they can keep all the product and the cup. Just do the right thing. The invoice I attached shows all their bad business practices are shared after an order has been placed. This page shows what they sell as ingredients and I included an image of their actual ingredients in my images. ****************************************************************************

    Terrible customer support. Charged me for an order I canceled beforehand. They sent me an email, saying they charged my credit card for a subscription order on July 10, 2022. I have email notifications set up on my phone. I replied within 20 minutes, asking them to cancel the order for budgetary reasons and issue a refund. I didn't want their product. In the meantime, I also canceled their subscription service.I received an email back on the same day -- July 10 --saying no worries, they canceled my subscription service, which was a joke since I had already canceled it myself. I said, no, I don't want the July 10 order sent out and to cancel it and refund my credit card. I sent four more messages via email and chat between July 10 and early July 12, but received no response back other than an automated reply. Finally on the afternoon of July 12, they sent an email, saying the items had SHIPPED! I wrote back -- very firmly -- saying I don't WANT their products and to refund my credit card. I will gladly send their items back. Still no response. I have since called them twice, but cannot get through due to high call volumes. I left two messages, and still have not heard from them. They are obviously a GREEDY corporation that doesn't give a fig about customers. Never again!
