I ordered a product from this company on 7 December. It took them a week to send out the product with ***** then the FedEx driver never delivered the item to me. I have been emailing this company for the past week and they are not responding to anything I send them. I would like a refund from this company and no further marketing emails.Initial Complaint

On September 3, 2024, I paid Zero Foxtrot $116.49 for two items. September 11, I received an email stating the items have been delivered. I am currently deployed overseas and have checked in with the postal service every day since September 11 and have not received anything from Zero Foxtrot. I've tried emailing the company and only gotten automated emails back. I would like the business to complete my order and send the items.Business Response

Thanks for reaching out to ZF ****************! Please note that our order fulfillment and CS responses are delayed due to very high order and inquiry volume. We are about 10 business days behind on order fulfillment and CS responses and we are doing everything we can to get caught up. All orders are being fulfilled in the order that they were received, as fast as we can get them out. Orders with the Express or Next-Day shipping methods will go out same day if placed before 2PM CST or the next business day if placed afterwards.
Our normal **************** hours are Monday - Thursday 8am to 5pm and Fridays 8am to Noon. We do not operate over the weekends or federal holidays. We are usually able to respond within 1-3 business days and all emails and inquiries are answered in the order that they were received. Rest assured, we will get back to your as soon as we are able to.
In the meantime, you can track your order here or start a return/exchange here. Please do not send items back to us without utilizing our return system, as they will be returned to sender.

I am rejecting this response because:
The business claims to have delivered the order and now I am waiting longer for them to acknowledge the issue. Additionally, I will be leaving my overseas duty location soon and if my complaint is not resolved quickly, I will no longer be at the mailing address. Lastly, the email notification stating my order was delivered was 11 SEP 2024. *** had zero communication from the company other than the automated response of delayed time. Ive waiting longer than the stated 10 business days without any communication.

They do not follow their own disclaimer about exchanges or returns. They report that a product they sell called silkies are ineligible for return/exchange. Please see their email and disclaimer below. Thanks for reaching out. All Silkie products are ineligible for returns or exchanges as stated on the product page, which is why your return/exchange is being rejected. Unfortunately, there is no exception to this policy. We do apologize for the inconvenience.Their disclaimer states as follows.*DISCLAIMER* Due to the nature of this product, we cannot accept returns or exchanges of opened silkies products. In short, we cannot accept returns on products that have touched your huevos. My email to themYour packaging has a zipper closure, so there is a never a way for you to know for sure if a costumer has or has no tried the product on. My husband did not try any on, as he removed the item from the zippered bag and realized how small the medium sized silkies were he placed them back in the bag.With your reasoning, I cannot tell if youve sold me used silkies since the packaging does not ensure that youve sold me a brand new item.As I stated previously all I would like is an exchange for these gifts but no problem, as I will never purchase from your company again and the BBB will revive a complaintInitial Complaint

On August 9th, 2023 I placed order #******* with Zero Foxtrot, and received a shipping confirmation the next day. The confirmation link has still not updated at this time on August 25th. I have tried to email the customer service three separate times and use the text message service they use to advertise which instructs recipients to message if they need help, and still have received no response as to when my order might ship. I have ordered from this website multiple times and have not had a problem until now. However the least they could do in this situation would be to respond with options for how to get my order or get my money back.Initial Complaint

I purchased a large, expensive order of clothes I really liked from FoxTrot. I was excited to receive the items and when I did I was very disappointed that the sizing of the clothes was all off. I bought a few shirts different colors same size and one shirt would fit me great and the other color would not! The same with the jackets, when I tried to exchange them or return them I was told I had to pay OUT OF POCKET some $400 to ship back to ***** to be able to receive any type of resolution. This is such a SCAM! The website clearly states they take returns within 30 days, it reads they will provide a return label and make the process easy. It has not been easy and the items were not cheap... I spent a few hundred dollars on the orders and expected more than this. This should not be allowed to happen.Business Response
