    ******** company, taking advantage of veterans. No contact info is legitimate, no customer service. Absolutely a trash company. Totally dishonest. An outright scam.

    **************** never responds! My package arrived 2 weeks later than expected and was just a clear bag with a letter from post office that my items were lost and this company just keeps ignoring my emails and chats. 0/10

    I wish I could give zero stars. Ordered a shirt and some stickers for my husband for Christmas. Ordered on December 3rd and was told it should ship within 3-5 business days. A week went by and I didnt hear anything so I emailed them to see if they had an eta on when it will ship. Didnt receive anything from them except that they received my email. Then the same day received an email letting me know they made a shipping label so I decided to just leave it be. Fast forward, I receive my items but when I went to open the package, they sent me a completely wrong shirt and its December 19th. I know Im not receiving a replacement in time. Extremely disappointed with this company. Took almost a whole month to receive the items and no communication on their end. Sent them an email and eagerly waiting on a response that I probably wont get

    Absolutely terrible. They never ship on time. I always have to email to remind them to ship. It's happened every order including with their tshirt of the month club. How hard is it to ship a order. Well for zero foxtrot it's impossible. Just had them cancel a order because they couldn't get a order delivered by nov 27th when the order was placed nov 5th.

    I recently placed an order with Zero Foxtrot for 14 pairs of Americana Silkies, expecting the same sizing and quality as my previous purchases. Upon receipt, I found that the fit of the small size was significantly smaller than past purchases. The elastic bands were much tighter, and measurements confirmed they were smaller than before. Furthermore, the new tags differed from past versions, indicating a change in manufacturer.Despite this, Zero Foxtrot does not allow returns of silkies and refused my request for a refund, offering only store credit. I explained that the items were unopened (except for one pair) and that the size change was not adequately communicated to existing customers. The company claims that the new sizing is indicated on the size chart and in the product description, but this information was not clearly highlighted to previous customers who would reasonably expect consistent sizing based on past purchases.I have been a loyal customer and feel that *********************** policy is unfair given the circumstances. The products are unworn and in original packaging, and I requested a fair resolution. Instead, I received a dismissive response stating that I must use the credit or cease communication due to mentioning a potential dispute with my credit card company. This response feels retaliatory and not in good faith.

    Horrible company. Going down the drain. They apply their ZF attitude too much. I had an issue with shipping. Instead of apologizing and saying just give it a bit more time they made me e out to be the issue. Their website info on the shipment even changed and created more confusion. They cancelled my Afterlife Membership, which is up to ME to do after 2yrs without my requesting them to do so. They Blocked my email and will not respond. Finally, their customer service phone ## does not exist. I have tried repeatedly to contact this company. NOT possible. Avoid them.

    Ive been a customer for many years. The n that time Ive never had an issue. I guess Ive been lucky in that. Recently I placed an order for a couple Christmas gifts. My order did arrive but part of it was Incorrect. Sizes were right but an altogether different (and cheaper) item was sent in place of one. I emailed them as soon as I opened the package and here it is two weeks later with no reply. They say emails are answered in the order theyre received, but I cant think of anyreason that takes that long to return emails. Even if you only have one person handling customer service, I can read and reply my whole inbox in a few hours if I needed to. Just a sorry excuse. I like the products Ive received in the past but if you ever have a problem that needs correcting, good luck because its very obvious that they just dont care.

    I've tried to contact t them with no response. The ***** phone number listed doesn't work. The order number will not work on their site for returns. PRETTY SKETCHY COMPANY IM AFFRAID.. I GIVE their customer support negative one star.

    Order never arrived. The tracking stated that it was delivered but my front porch video camera confirmed that nothing ever arrived. I emailed the company and they told me to go pound sand. Don't order from them.
