    *********************** of All County Capital agreed to manage my property at 409 *************** ****** ** *****. He submitted fraudulent expenses detailed below.$399, $399. Two plumbing visits. ****** made complaint about having no water pressure, ******* created a leak so **** shut off the water. It took 5 days for someone to come fix it. $1799 that was never detailed or described. No one who has been there has seen new work or anything that was broken, and then fixed. I was never informed beforehand of a problem, **** had only complained of the sink and ants and windows painted shut. The expense showed up on ledger after I fired ***********************. No one saw any vendors fix anything. I tried to call this contractor and has far as I know I does not exist. I could not find him. I believe it is possible that these "expenses" are an excuse to not return the security deposit of ************************** arrived from out of town to a unit with no heat in a cold snap. He was told he had to pay the deposit to the utility to get it turned on. He had to wait 5 days. ********************* paid $1995 security deposit and he was not there a month as the place was so problematic. The manager I put in to replace ****** agreed he should be allowed to go without penalty. That deposit needs to be returned to ****. Regardless of ******'s problem with me, he should return ****'s deposit. The fraudulent $1799 must be deleted from all accounting. The two sink "fixes" of $399 should be expunged as well. There is no compensation for the months I spent waiting for ****** to find a tenant. I begged him to lower the rent. Finally I hired *************************** who found **** and gave him my phone #. I have a suspicion that *********************** was using the building for other "marks" but I have no proof of it. I recently put the place on the market and there were three applications on the first day. I was not sent a rental contract for ****. Please see the complaint ********************* submitted to BBB.
