  We talked to one of the agents on phone for five stone some time this year . They said they can lower out property taxes of a nominal fee of under ************************************************************ signed the agreement that was sent to us. Because nothing else was mentioned on the call.They later told us when we signed the agreement they will charge us 45% of property tax reduction. They never hinted it on the call . Now we are footed with a $750 bill . Also when we asked them to pull up the initial call they havent recorded , which is not out fault. Can you please help?We are ok with paying anything under 100 but nothing more

  This is a misunderstanding of our pricing structure.

  As stated in our representation agreement, which clients sign at the time of registration, Five Stone charges the greater of a service fee or a success fee, and our clients have the option to choose between two service plans. **** selected our Essential plan at the time of registration, which is a fee of either $79 or 45% of the tax savings, which ever is greater.  A fee of under $100 was never promised to the client. Our associates are very knowledgeable and well-versed in our pricing plans, which are also explained in multiple areas of our website.
  
  As we saved Neha almost $2,600 in property taxes, an invoice for $1,167 was sent (45% of the tax savings, per their signed agreement). Neha reached out to us directly asking for a significant discount on the invoice due to misunderstanding the pricing structure. As a one-time courtesy, we agreed to reduce their original invoice from $1,167 to $750 and cancel their services moving forward.

  Five Stone Property Tax is the agent and manager of the property in 561 *********************, *****, ** and they put our name as Landlord Utility Agreement for ************* This means that if the tenant disconnect the utility service they would reconnect in our name. The problem is that we don't own that property and never did. We had prior business with Five Stone and they used our information to setup this landlord agreement. This is unethical behavior and we wanted to report this.

  Five Stone is the appointed property tax agent for 561 *********************, along with several other properties registered through our website by *************************. Five Stone only handles property tax protests. We do not manage the properties, nor do we have the authority to execute or alter utility agreements on behalf of our clients.
  
  We believe there is confusion on the part of our client, *************************, and we will be reaching out to them directly to resolve.
