Austin Fine FLoors deceivedus when installing our ** oors.The ** oors were installedincorrectly, destroying theproduct for future use. Wehad to pay another companyto remove the material andreturn our home to a normalstart point to re-install ** oors.Example, our subfl oors areuneven and not stable, butAustin Fine Floors installedour materials on themwithout addressing. Example2, Austin Fine Floors tried toinstall heated ** oors on threeattempts and each one wasworse than the time before,their willful negligence andignorance deceived ** intobelieving our ** oors wereokay and our home was safe.The electrical work left our home prone to a major fire.Our request has been to refund the fees to install, and additional funds to bring our home back to a start point for the next contractor.

I am rejecting this response because:The vendor owes ** actual damages restitution. We have sent a demand letter in lieu of a Civil Case. However, if we proceed with a Civil Case we'll cite Deceptive Trade Practices Act (DTPA) and will seek 3x actual damages.
