Over the last two years we have had our bathroom repaired 7 times. Of those 7, four of them directly related to the tile installation. This includes, tiles that ended up cracking, faulty grout installation, wrong color grout installed, grout smudged into corners, and tile developing circular surface fractures. On two of these occasions previously, service was scheduled for a date range and time frame. It was determined by Floor King and the tile manufacturer on the last time, that the tile was faulty and Floor King and the manufacturer agreed to replacing of all tile. We asked for some minor additional work, which we paid for up front. We received an email from an employee saying they expected all materials to be in the day following the email, and if it all made it in, we would be contacted for scheduled service. We got an email the following week to schedule, which we did. On the day of scheduled service, no one showed up to do the work and no notification was giver that they wouldnt be here to do they work. When called and asked what happened, we were told not all the materials were in so they didnt show up. Again we rescheduled, and again, they havent shown up or called to explain why they arent here to do the work. The employees at the tile selection place are nice and very helpful. This falls directly on the schedulers and employees that do the installation. I would not recommend this business to anyone.
