I purchased a safe to keep important documents money and keys were stolen, I file a police report and been trying to obtain a replacement key and custumer service supervisor is demanding the police to come to my house and inspect my box, I already went to the Police Station and they clearly said the only way they would go to a house is to respond a 911 real emergency call. I have the police report and a court date for the charges of ******* and my stolen key but the woman is extremely rude, and not willing to work with me . I need to open the safe ASAP, I got my documents and need them to present to the judge 12/1/22 . They charge me $25 for 1 key it's nor free. They also asked to obtain a receipt from BJS they don't keep records for that long it's been over 2 years since I purchased this safe.They uncooperative employee information is ***************************** ************** North ******* **************** Manager ****************************************** **************

I have completely reviewed this case, and this individual has never been a client of Fortress Lock, Safe, & Security, LLC. We do not service her area in massachutes as we are a ***** company and only sell safes here in *****. There is a very prominent nation company with a similar name to outs based out of **********, **, and it is likely the company she is looking for, but I can say with certainty it is not our client. Not only does she not appear in the data base, but the nature of her complaint and the story she is telling does not jive with our company protocol and procedures.
