    This company falsified pricing and never notified me of continuing subscription charges. My monthly subscription charge went from 30 to 600 dollars without me being informed. Im also unable to cancel this subscription and therefore the monthly payments. They are knowingly practicing a scam consumer practice.

    This company charged me for almost 2 years AFTER I cancelled the service. I NEVER hardly used the service and cancelled immediately. Yet they continued to charge me $29 per month and NEVER sent me a receipt until 17 months later for an account that was billing monthly. When I contacted them and asked for a refund they refused to do such and said it was outside of the time they could do such. They then only refunded 3 months. Also, I recently tried to sign up again to give them another chance. Similar issues... the service this time never worked yet they charged me after I cancelled the trial. This company seems to have a business model of not letting people ever cancel. Then they won't refund. They dont send receipts or any notifications monthly so they hope people will not see the charge which is what happened to us. There are a ton of these same complaints all across the web!!

    I was charged $500 for the entire year of service after forgetting to cancel 7-day trial on their app. The business won't even issue a prorated refund, I never used their product even once. BEWARE!

    JASPER AI made an unauthorized charge to my checking account for $1,188.00. Multiple attempts were made to contact this company via telephone and internet. The site would redirect me to entering personal data and would not allow me to remove my personal email account and data.I attempted to call the business customer service line and I received a ******* message that the number was not longer in service. I have contact USAA and submitted a FRAUD claim and alert.

    I started a free trial with Jasper AI on April 28, 2023. On May 1, 2023 I requested to cancel the trial prior to its end date. On May 3, 2023, Jasper AI charged me $290.00 after the account should have canceled at the end of the trial. I have contacted Jasper multiple times, but I have not received a response. I have attempted to dispute the transaction through my credit card company, but Jasper is alleging the trial was not canceled in time. However, Jasper has closed my account stating my billing information needs to be updated but they have already charged me for a full year of service. They are refusing to refund my $290 and are still attempting to get more money.

    I entered my credit card to use for fee trial. They theb charged me an annual subscription without my knowledge. I attempted to cancel 2 weeks after they charged my card and will not refund anything. I did not authorize an annual subscription and have no intent of using their awful tools. The charge was for $468. I tried to be amicable and accept a refund minus one month fee, but they would not. Now I'd just like my money back.

    My daughter is a college student. During the winter, she heard about ChatGPT and other AI programs and tested several. On or about March 14, she came across Jasper AI on a ****** search. Among other things, the sponsored ****** entry was captioned, "Welcome to Jasper - Cancel Anytime." She established an account to test it. She did not realize it had a 7-day cancellation requirement. On March 22, our credit card was charged $590. I noticed the charge on the bill recently and we attempted to "cancel anytime," as Jasper advertised. There are multiple problems with this charge. First, it turns out "cancel anytime" doesn't mean you get your money back. To the contrary, if you "cancel," it just means the automatic renewal feature will be turned off. Second, the pricing page (www.jasper.ai/pricing) shows MONTHLY charges for several different levels of service. Yet Jasper AI charged my daughter for a full-year subscription. Although I have no way to verify which box was checked after the fact, my daughter says she would never have elected a full-year subscription. Third, the $590 price she was charged doesn't comport with any of the prices on Jasper's website. But it appears they charged her for a "Teams" subscription, which is advertised for ****** marketing teams" and includes 3 "seats." Again, she says there is no way she signed up for a high-priced subscription meant for a marketing team. She emailed Jasper to request a refund, and her request was denied.The bottom line: My daughter tested the site one day in March and hasn't used it since. She did miss the 7-day cancellation deadline, but Jasper's captions were grossly misleading and she was charged for a level of service (Teams) and an interval (annual) that she did not select. We request a full refund. We will also consider disputing the charge with our credit card company and reporting this to the **************************** of the ***** ************************* if this is not resolved.

    Jasper.ai suggests a free trial for their service and money back guarantee for the first 5 days. I signed up for their free trial and never used the product during the trial. I received an email from them saying my trial expired and I was billed $990 for the teams package for the entire year. Upon receiving that email, I immediately tried to cancel the subscription. There was never a noticed that said my trial was ending the next day, etc. They emailed me back saying I had been using the trial and the product the entire time, which was 100% untrue and refused to refund my money. Following their refusal to refund my $990, I inquired why I had been charged for a Team account and not the basic account for ******. I also inquired why I was charged for an entire year and not monthly. Anything on their website around payments are extremely deceiving because I should have been able to make a change after a trial how you want to be billed if I used the product. In the end, I was billed the most money possible and never used the product. They refused to change my product to the single user or monthly payments, and now I am stuck with a product that I paid $990 for and have not ever used.Attached is what they sent to my credit card company, but I cannot access anything to show I never used the account.

After the trial period expired, $990 was directly deducted from my credit card. I didn't know about it until April 19, ******. I did not agree to refund after email communication. I asked for an explanation of why $990 was deducted without my knowledge, but I did not get an answer.3. Even though I was deducted $990 but did not provide the corresponding service, I read on their website that it can be used by 5 people, but after I add one person, I can't add it and have to pay for an upgrade. This is a scam.4. The deduction is completely uninformed, but they replied by email that there is a clause stating that there is no refund after 5 days, but I have never seen this clause.

    I signed on for a free trial and canceled immediately when I realized it was not something I wanted to use. My card was charged $490 on 11/20/2022. I did not notice the charge immediately given that it was the holiday season and there were many charges on my card that month. When I contacted the company, they told me that I "refunds are not automatic when you cancel your account" and that I had to reach out to them directly to cancel the account, and they could not refund the money. They then suggested that I cancel online so I would not be charged in the future. Essentially, canceling the account during the free trial does not guarantee a refund of the money without ************** of requesting the refund. This is at best, poor business practice and at worst, fraudulent.
