      As a previous resident of ******* I had received a tattoo from an artist at Golden Monkey Tattoos from ******* (*****) ********. I have recently moved back to ****** to be closer to family but on a recent trip to ****** (February 9th) I had made an appointment with ***** to continue work. He asked for a deposit of $150 since I would be traveling to ***** which I happily paid. This was on Venmo so I do have receipt of payment. After reaching out, and deciding on a day that we would have the session weeks prior, I reached out once I was in ****** to confirm a time and didnt hear back from him. The next day (day of the session) I continually didnt hear from him. Eventually he let me know that him and his son had been sick and apologized. I had no problem with this as family comes first. He said we could get together the next day before I flew back home. The next morning I still did not receive communion. He eventually said he would call me to talk through details. He never did. The time came for me to leave for the airport so I asked if I could receive my deposit and we could maybe reschedule. He said that was fine and apologized again. It has now been 3 weeks since I left and have asked for me deposit on multiple occasions because of his scheduling and lack of communication that the session did not take place. He assured me twice he would pay me back. I now have multiple messages that have been delivered and read with no response, my calls go straight to voicemail as well. I am unable to get ahold of him in any way and he has declined my request for my deposit refund on Venmo. I have texts, calls, and ***** receipts to show all transactions and communications.
