  It started off ok.. Then they did a migration and I lost a lot of work. I keep losing work from the plat form since then. I'll do some writing at a coffee shop. My work says it is saved. I get home, check the app on my pc and the new work is nowhere to be found. I open the laptop I used at the coffee shop and the work is not saved there either. I have lost work multiple times and the only response I get is "we're sorry....." I have taken to saving a pdf periodically from this point just to have my writing saved. The platform is supposed to do automatic saves as you write, but is does not indicate as such anymore. I paid the $47 because it seemed reasonable. It has been more than a month, so I will not get my money back. There is no way to contact them other than by chat. I am disappointed!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND WRITERS WORK! DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT!

  I attempted to sign up for the lifetime membership of $47. However, once I entered my email and payment information, nothing alerted me that my payment was accepted or how to further sign up and access the website features. I am currently monitoring my bank account for the initial and possible multiple charges. Also, I have been unable to find any contact information on their website to attempt to contact them about my problem. My gut is telling me that it is a scam.

  The wording when you first sign up makes this company feel as though you will be able to begin writing and earning money immediately. My experience was that it was more of a job board (like indeed) where you could apply for short term or long term positions with companies who need writers rather than the freelance style work it seemed to be. If I had experience already in writing a variety of professional (and rather boring) document types, I may have done well with them.Bottom line: Unless you have previous experience writing a significant range of professional documents, I wouldn't recommend them. On the plus side, they processed my refund without any issues. (It helps that I only ordered the basic package. All that extra stuff? They don't refund that, but they are clear about that from the get-go.)

  Buyer BEWARE! I ordered the program with the understanding that I could get a refund from the company if I was not happy with the service. Once I signed on, I was offered two upgrades for extra money. I chose to buy the entire package, as I was working on the assumption that all money would be refunded to me if I was unhappy with the program. It was not evident, or clearly stated, that there would be no refund for the extra programs. I am not happy with what this group offers, and want a refund. However, I am having difficulty finding out where I can get my refund, and am having difficulty connecting with someone from the company who can help me with this. I am beyond frustrated, as I am out $249. I would like my money refunded. Once I looked through the program, I realized that this will not work for me. The jobs they are posting do not match my skill sets - at all. The program advertises that anyone can be a freelance writer, which is true in theory. However, when the listed jobs do not even remotely match my skill set, then what is advertised is not true. I hope to have all of my money refunded. I would also like to warn others about avoiding doing business with this company. I have discovered, the hard way, that they are shady.
