I am writing to formally dispute a parking ticket I received while parked outside of *****************, located in the Vista area of ********, **. The ticket, totaling $33, was issued by the private parking enforcement company Connected to Street. This was on Tuesday April 15, 2025 and my license plate is ******. On the date of the violation, I parked in that location for approximately two hours in order to work a third-party event being held at ********. I was not visiting the bar as a patron but rather fulfilling a job obligation. As such, I believe my vehicle was parked lawfully and in direct connection to permitted business activity on the premises.Upon receiving the ticket, I attempted to dispute it through the company's online system. However, the automated system in place failed to allow me to submit the necessary documentation or explanation. Despite multiple attempts, I was unable to successfully navigate or complete the dispute process due to apparent technical issues with the system, which I found to be both restrictive and unresponsive.Given the circumstances under which I parkedworking a legitimate third-party event on-siteand the lack of access to a fair and functional dispute process, I respectfully request that this ticket be rescinded. I believe this citation to be unjust and the current dispute system inadequate for individuals with valid explanations.Thank you for your attention to this matter. I trust that the BBB will take this concern seriously and advocate for a fair resolution.

On 04/09/2025 I had parked in a parking lot that required hourly payment by PMC (parking management company). I had paid to park for two hours in this specific lot. When I returned to my vehicle, I had a parking notice on my front windshield by a company named TAGGR. It had a QR code to scan and when scanned it took me to a website stating I owed $55 for not paying parking. I disputed this charge through this website with a receipt from *** showing my payment. In response to this, I received an email stating I must have entered my license plate wrong when paying so they lowered my charge. This company is still stating I need to pay them when I clearly paid for parking through the company that the parking lot is through? Because of this I am worried they are a scam.

I received a ticket for parking in a lot in downtown ********** and the company will not process my attempts to pay the fee. This company issued the "parking notice" and I immediately went to pay it online. The fees jump up 20 dollars if you do not pay within 7 days. I have tried multiple times with multiple cards on multiple devices to pay this fee and it says that it is unable to collect the dues. Now I am only one day left before the price increase & still cannot pay it. I have tried to reach out to their contact information, but cannot find a way to contact them. Their website contains only information about working for them, not what to do when you receive a ticket. I parked in the lot on 04/09/2025 at 19:54PM and they noted my license plate. I would've already paid the amount if I could - I am scared that my credit will take a hit or I will be sought after for not paying this amount.

Parked in our usual parking spot downtown that we always park in. 100s of other cars around us. PAY FOR PARKING AS I HAVE THE RECEIPT. PAID FOR PARKING UNTIL 2 am. , have all the receipts. Come back to have a chain on my car and a notice saying we did not pay. And one other car has a notice as well but the 100s of other cars, nothing is seen. Notice on my car states I didnt pay. All my receipts check out and they STILL made me pay. Why am I paying again for a fine if I paid for parking. Also in my tagged notice account they sent me the picture of a tire and chain and its not my car. Nothing screams more like a scam than this. But with 2 screaming children I have no choice but to pay which I have disputed and no response from them. And yes I called and spoke to someone and sent my proof of payment, thats how I got the payment down from 80 something. To 57. RIDICULOUS. They hire people in it to make a quick **** who have no care for the wrong they do or are doing.

I pay monthly for a parking space at ******************************************** with Premium Parking. My car was tagged by Taggr as improperly parked on 3/7/2025, despite being paid up and within my rights to park. On 3/11/2025, I went to my car to go to work, and I had a notice from Taggr as well as a lock around my tire for improper parking. I tried to dispute the charge with their chatbot, but it would not work after multiple attempts on mobile and desktop. I needed to get to work so I paid the fine ($123.89) and notified the company that I want a refund. Frankly, this company is extremely difficult to track down, has no available information online, and I am not confident that my request will be viewed or acknowledged. I just want my money back.

I parked in a parking lot of a company where my son works (****************** Brindlee Fire Apperatus) (he was with me) where we have normally parked. When we returned to the vehicle, we had a notice on the car from TAGGR saying we now owe a parking fee. The spaces in the parking area have individual signs for the companies that reside in the building, not signage for TAGGR. Upon receipt of the notice I attempted to contact the company where you can dispute the charge. When you do this it sends you to a bot that doesnt understand anything you tell it. (I have screen shots of that conversation). So I go to TAGGRs website and try to contact them that way. When you select contact us, the link does not work and provides no contact information. Seems to be a company that profits on threats with no way to engage the company.I also called the number BBB has listed for TAGGR and it seems to be personal voicemail.?Invoice on TAGGR says I owe $32.23 which escalates to ***** in 7 days and to ***** in 30 days

On 3/23, I parked in a parking lot that is managed by the business. All signs state that parking is free for anyone visiting businesses in the neighboring building, but parking must be validated with a receipt. At the time, I did not do this, and I was given a ticket, but I was visiting a business in the building. On 3/25, I obtained a copy of my receipt and attempted to dispute the ticket by sending a screenshot of the acceptable validation. Taggr ************** then told me in an email on 3/26 At the time that this notice was issued, our team could not verify your reason for parking or detect a current validation or payment. Unfortunately, we are unable to make changes to this notice as this vehicle was in violation of lot regulations. Thank you for your understanding. This is absurd, because I attached a current validation that showed my reason for parking. This email chain occurred after Id already been rejected by an ai messaging bot on the website and pushed through two auto-reply emails.

On the evening of 3/26/2025, I parked in a parking lot in downtown **********, AL with signs posted by ***. The sign read "No public parking until 5:30pm Monday-Friday. All other times is Paid Public Parking." The wording on this sign is confusing. All OTHER times seems to imply the times that are NOT after 5:30pm Monday-Friday would be paid; after 5:30pm would be free. This would be consistent with other paid parking areas in downtown **********. I parked at 6:30pm, assuming that parking was free.I returned to my car at 8:00pm to find a generic flier from TAGGR on my windshield. The flier reads "Parking Notice" and has a ** code, but no violation number, etc. When I go to the TAGGR website, there is no indication that this company is associated with PMC. The ** code leads to a website that requires me to enter my vehicle tag, which I did. It then provides me with images of my parked car and notes that I have two options: pay $32.23 (which will increase to $52.23 after 7 days and $72.23 after 30 days) or I can dispute the notice. When I click dispute, it puts me into an AI bot chat, but the chat engine just keeps responding "I don't understand what you've said, please try again." There is no option for help/support/talk to a human/leave feedback, etc. There is also no indication that this company works for ***. In fact, I have no way to know if TAGGR is a legitimate entity and no options for engaging with this entity other than paying the assessed ****** sum, I have two complaints: 1. The sign posted by PMC is unclear - I understand that this is not TAGGR's fault 2. TAGGR's business model appears predatory - based on the flier and the website, I cannot even tell if this is a legitimate notice. The fee is greatly in excess of the cost of parking. And since disputing doesn't work - AGGR's website leaves me no option but to put my credit card information into their website or take my chances with them turning it over to collections (which they threaten to do).

I parked in a parking area that had a public parking sign. We walked into a place of business, couldn't get seating and left. We found a Taggr citation on our car and then noticed signage about the parking area. Someone in the vicinity we spoke with thought Sunday was free. I tried to dispute before paying, but their dispute "bot" wouls not moved pass asking me to "repeat what I wrote" I was caught in a death loop and it would not move pass "I didn't get that, could you repeat?". Their site says all payments are final and to dispute it BEFORE paying, yet it does not allow me to do that. I paid the citation because they threaten to double it in 7 days! We're in this area for vacation and did not see their signage and did not know we were in a parking area needing payment.
