    I attempted to dispute my ticket because there was no signage indicating weekend parking fees. However, the Taggr website repeatedly gave an error message saying, I didn't get that. Can you say it again? and would not allow me to submit my dispute.

    Taggr is randomly issuing parking notices/fees that are not legitimate. They sent me a notice to pay a fee for parking in their lot during a day and time when I wasn't there. It seems that they hire people to troll their lots and surrounding areas to collect license tag info and then they randomly issue these notices just to see who will pay them.

    ************. They gave me a ticket even though Im a paying customer, in OKC. I cant get ahold of anyone. The ticket is nearly $49.

    this is a scam made us pay 26 before we left parking lot came back there was a boot that cost us 124 and theres noone you can talk to dispute or get money back

    This people are CROOKS! Why have they not been investigated yet? I tried to pay for parking and their machine would not work so I was charged $55.00!!! I will never go to the Vista in ********, ** again. Until the city does something about these thieves Im done with them. And Ill be telling everyone I know, as well. FB, Insta and Nextdoor. And they dont even deserve 1 star. I wish I could leave 50 negative ones.

    If I could give 0 stars I would. I paid my bill for the amount of time that my car was parked. Now they are texting me saying I owe them $55. I think NOT. Will never use that parking lot ever again. Will let people know to NEVER use that parking lot. Its safer to just walk!

    I would rate them Zero Stars if BBB would permit. I parked, pre-paid, put the receipt on my dash even though it was not instructed to do so. I still got a parking chain wrapped around my wheel and when I reported it there was even a picture of the receipt in the dash. There was no one to talk to and when I paid the fee to release my car they would not reimburse the fee even though they had their own proof it was paid. Paid Ticket #******** = $31.20 to park, getting my car freed up, $47.68 Several attempts to get this resolved and since the fee was paid there was "Nothing they could do"

    Absolutely extorted my elderly parents because they didn't prepay their parking. A lot of already struggling Myrtle Beach businesses will suffer even more with extremely sketchy business practices by this company. They said they won't return go downtown again, don't blame them

    I am an out of state citizen and I parked my rental car in the lot on 1103 ******* *** ****************** and I paid $21 for all day parking and received a lock on my wheel . They told me that I entered my plate number wrong and it came up on their system as a violation. This company is a scam and they need to be investigated and exposed immediately
