            Awful customer service, very rude people, don’t want to help people only sell th m new products updates and software. Wouldn’t provide my resgistraion key, my old laptop worked perfect with the machine they won’t let me get my software on the new computer unless I pay. I just cut the keys yesterday with my old software and laptop and just so happened the only guy who can do it is out in emergency. How convenient? $6000 dollar machine gone to waste don’t ever use their products ever they only want money the devices are designed for 200 dollar updates yearly.so yeah avoid them and go to Xhorse I’m glad I switched I’m selling the laser key extreme. It’s the worst machine and this company lost a ton of husiness
