I purchased an engine from this provider and they sent the wrong engine and I have been trying to get them to refund my money and return the engine. They are not taking calls, not answering emails and I am stuck with an engine that I cannot use. They are giving names that don't relate such as Mark W***, yet an person with an Indian accent comes on the phone. This business is a SCAM and are scamming people like myself out of hard earned money. I want to get my money back.Initial Complaint

Date of transaction was September 16,2022 through my bank to their so-called business bank. They told me it was gonna take 5 to 7 days. I was in contact with someone name Mike last. He told me that it was in New York terminal but haven't heard nothing within two weeks from anybody I keep on trying to call Call leave messages after messages. nobody ever even try to contact the shop where my truck is sitting to get the engine put in. I would like a refund and to sue for compensation for me sitting here, so long, waiting for something to come that was never going to come.Initial Complaint

**** Sales Rep from Used Auto Parts discussed a $1550 with 59K miles and 3 year warranty. Total of purchase was 1612.00 and was ordered on August 18, 2022. I was told delivery would be 7-10 business days. Within those days, on August 30, 2022, my account was unauthorized charged AGAIN for 1560.00. I was told by **** this was a mistake and the transaction was reversed. I tried speaking with **** to correct the error but he has lied over and over again that the transaction was reversed. Now skeptical about my original purchase, I continually asked for shipping/tracking info and he would only provide date stating the guy will call a day prior to arrival. I am now out of $3,172.00 for a engine not received for 1612.00 and unauthorized charge for 1560.00. Please help me get my money back. I do not have money to throw away and I still need a engine for my car.Initial Complaint

I brought an2002 Ford expedition engine assembly I paid 740 something for it and still haven't got my part I order it like a month in a half ago and now they charged my card another 780 and I need all that back that was my rent moneyInitial Complaint

May 18th 2022 I did a wire transfer from my bank Navy Federal Credit Union in the amount of $400.00 dollars to the account of Used Auto Parts account # XXXXXXXXXXXX in good fate for them to deliver to me a transmission for a 2000 Jeep Grande Cherokee . they told me it would take 7-10 business days. I can understand delays and all. I have called and texted and sent e-mails to this company on several occasion and haven't heard anything from them in over a week. Before they got my monies they were constantly e-mailing and texting. I am growing more and more concerned about this transaction not to mention being without the transportation.. My purchase order # is XXXXXX. I would like to get my monies back or the transmission as soon as possible.Initial Complaint

In the beginning of February, I was searching for a used motor for my Dodge Daytona. I looked online and found ************************ and contacted them to talk to them about ordering the motor. They gave me a PO box was located in San Diego, California, *****; that I later found out wasn't their physical place of business. They asked me to send a cashier's check of $595 to *************, which, again I later found out was in Irving, Texas. I sent the cashier's check on February 17th and they responded through text saying they received it on February 28th. They pestered about when the money was going to arrive over text. They told me I would receive the motor in 7-10 business days, around the beginning of March. When the motor didn't arrive after about 3 weeks, I kept calling to see if it had shipped. I was given another number to call to check on the motor, an employee named Adam, whose phone number is ************. Around the middle of March, Adam's number started going straight to voicemail and I never got a response back. It's now April and I received no motor, have no way of contacting them, their website is no longer there, their numbers don't work and at this point I just want my money back.Initial Complaint

On 2/24/2022 I purchased a engine for $950.00 from used auto parts by a guy name Jeffrey G***** and was told it should arrive 5-7 business days. It's been 2 weeks and it still have not arrived and I been calling and getting no answer and the website is shutdown now I'm guessing.. it's a blank page with 404 on it.Initial Complaint

I purchased a transmission from Used Auto Parts, LLC in Mesquite,TX. I got a bank check from my bank, ****** Federal Credit Union on 12/21/21 in the amount of $325.00. I was told to mail the check to their Business in San Diego, CA (Address is P.O. Box ******, San Diego, CA *****) and the business in Texas would ship out the transmission. I called the business in Texas and was told that the transmission was shipped out on December 30, 2021 and was being shipped to the Advance Auto Parts store at *******************, ******, NY ***** and I could pick it up there. I waited approximately two weeks after this date and called Advance Auto and they had not received the transmission. I waited one more week and still no transmission. I spoke with my bank and they said that the check had been cashed and they advised to wait one more week and if the transmission was not here, to contact the Better Business Bureau. I have also tried to call both stores, in Texas and California, and the phone is no longer service or cannot connect my call. As of today, 2/14/22, the transmission has still not been delivered to the Advance Auto Parts store in ******. At this point, I am looking to just get my $325.00 back and cancel the transmission.Initial Complaint

I bought a used Transmission and was promised shipment next day with Zelle payment of $800. They never shipped anything. Their website is not action. The XXX XXX - XXXX does not work - the XXX XXXXXXX text used for Zelle does not reply. I called a local company in same block and they said they have gotten 25-30 phone calls trying to track down this company and told me it is a scam.
